The day was amazing. The property is in a very beautiful place outside the court of traffic. The rooms are spacious. Have an amazing lovely balcony with a dreamy view loved the service. Mr Divyanshu was there to host us. It was a really amazing experience.

The location was perfect, away from all the traffic. The weather was amazing. The villa was so awesome with fantastic views all around. Divyanshu Nautiyal's service was outstanding. He made me and my family feel super comfortable the whole time. The food was also really good. We even had the option to cook, which was just tremendous. The place was spotless. I highly recommend everyone visit, stay, and enjoy the view from the porch.

The location is 40 mins from Mussoorie mall road. However the place is very peaceful and serene. The rooms are good and the service is very prompt. Especially the manager Divyanshu Nautiyal was available at a call. The only issues are the WiFi connectivity shows "No internet" intermittently, and the parking is too steep. Rest if you want great views and peaceful property which is away from the hustle bustle of the mall road, you can have a go at it!

I did a recent booking to this place. Was told that the location is just half hour from Mussoorie. Took me 3 from Dehradun through Google maps. From Mussoorie its 1 on a sunny day. The location is off with nothing in the sight. Rooms are average and small. Property looks fancier in photos but the villas are just too small. A Mumbai 2 bedroom will be much bigger. You get the point. The inverter backup works only for 2 small bulbs in the room. Kitchen does not have dedicated utensils, you borrow from their housekeeping kitchen. Every single time! Kitchen is not even kitchen, its a small area between 2 adjacent rooms. Parking at the premises is not possible due to steep incline in the property. You park at a secluded location on the road. Not at all good for old age people and small kids as its very difficult to climb back to road after you descent to hotel rooms. The worst part was the owner's behaviour. I booked for 3 nights but just before we reached, got to know about a personal emergency which prompted us to travel back the very next day. With an infant with us, we decided to not travel back through the night and stay for 1 night. There was also a news of cloudburst in Kempty Fall area but Saurav did not listen and did not let us check in and demanded payment for all 3 nights before we check in. We had already paid 14K in advance and the place was completely empty. So I left then and there without even arguing. This is worst of the hospitality I have ever experienced!

I was not wanting to put this here, BUT i had too:- Apart from their not so warm hospitality, the room were not to well maintained, the bed sheets & towels were stinking, Even their staff STINKS ALOT. Coming to food we have already informed their staff in some items there was more salt,etc. staying in such a secluded area when you come back from town & you order ICE in the room we were told AAJ PROPERTY SOLD OUT HAI baraf to pehle walo ko dedi. Anyways this was our revisit, OBV we are *NEVER* coming back nor referring to ANYONE further. P.S. there were lots of spiders & insects in the rooms too. Thanks & Regards 🙏🏻

Great hosts. Serene views. Beautiful and clean rooms with super friendly management. The food was also on point and moreover rightly priced. Great location for any kind of stay👍🏻
