Capital O 68267 Dhardo Resort

Rooms were ok type. Their super Deluxe rooms were not good. It was like standard room. But the food was very good like homely. And the staffs were very good and co operative. Overall good stay. Location is a bit far from the main market. U have to take share taxi for going to the market and coming back. And after 7 PM u have to reserve a taxi to the resort which will cost u 300 bucks because after 7 PM share taxis were not available.

Awesome place. Very kind and courteous staff. Loved the food. And the place is just beautiful. I'm quite sure I'll go there again. The place is beautifully designed and the view of the mountain range is awesome. There's so much space and greenery, that you'll probably need a week to absorb all of it.

The resort is neat and tidy, not messy since away from town, traffic and crowd. It has a beautiful scenery, specially the mountain range and also the greenery. It is not so costly and the foods are delicious and the stuffs are very helpful. Wanna spend holidays here time and again

Very nice place, view is also great from the hotel. Staffs are very polite and well behaved, this place was more like a homestay. Overall it was nice experience staying there, this place was bit far from the main city, which was the great part to enjoy peacefulness.

We stayed with family in 3 rooms on 2.6.2016. Very poor service. Inadequate amenities. A lot of insects in the rooms. Very far away from town in remote location. Their Kolkata head office also not responded properly against our complaint. Not recommended to stay with family.

Pros: Good location (distant from the city with nice green surroundings) Cons: Unwelcoming manager/staff Unresponsive to customers Low on cleanliness and other services. Food was not good Would not recommend this place. Kalimpong has better places to opt for.

We have booked this resort searching from the reviews where the point of interest was its isolation from crowd and traffic.We on reaching received cordial welcome and also all kind of warm hospitality from the staffs.All staffs are informal , simple and hardworking.Despite of the constraints they managed to provide and meet all our expectations.Cooking is lovely and we enjoyed quality time there. Kids played madly and even elders became kid..convey my thanks to Mrs Tumpa of Kolkata office and also the staffs -Thapa, Bihoy, Sany, Sunil and PETER...

very very very good hotel..far from noise and the naturalbeauty is awsome...the maneger Buddhaji and all stuff of this hotel is very nice and so so so co-operative..specialy Yugal..we have a very little child ..they cared him very mouch..Buddhaji guided on every feild of this tour.there was a very lovely garden. we were spend very nice time with the entire stuff during bonfire which was arrenged by them.They take care of all the guests very very mouch.The resort is far from main city but the communication is very good.who dont love noise and croud must stay on this resort.we desided to visit again kalimpong for this lovely living.we enjoyed the every moment in this resort.
