It was a wonderful stay. Staff was extremely polite and out of the way helpful. Food in the restaurant was awesome too. Rooms and reception area gives heritage vibe. Highly recommend to those on staycations or peaceful nature friendly stay away from noise.

Amazing stay at Sterling Park Kalimpong. Felt like we were in our second home. Very friendly and helpful behavior of the hotel staff. I must mention Mr. Manoj kumar (Manager), Bhumika(Receptionist), Rudra(Receptionist), Chef Sanjeev, Laalan(Restaurant staff) and the names go on. The most beautiful part of our stay was to witness the majestic view of kanchenjunga from the observation deck.

Excellent service,amenities, and behaviour. Food was good. Special mention to be made of Bhoomika(the lady at the reception) for her polite behaviour, smiling face,and spontaneous cooperation. They upgraded our heritage room to the premium suite as the view room(requested by us beforehand during booking) was occupied. What a lovely gesture! Spick and span room and bathroom! Plenty of space! Lovely view and landscape! Loved the lawn,seating areas, abundance of plants, and tasteful decors.Would like to visit again and also recommend others.

You know how comforting the stay is when you don't feel like leaving even after three days. The heritage block, which belonged to the Dinajpur royal family, has been wonderfully restored and maintained. The Maharaja suite is spacious, well-ventilated, and nothing less than gorgeous. The only con would be the lack of an expansive view from the windows. The garden in front, however, offers majestic views of the valley and the city. Service is as good as it can get. Food is decent, too. Bhumika is a wonderful host, who is eager to provide assistance whenever needed.

My family with 2 other families checked in on 18th Nov for 3 days stay. The pick up from Darjeeling to the hotel, the cars for daily sightseeing and drop back at Bagdogra airport were arranged by the hotel. The drivers were reporting on time and were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the needs of the travellers. Our overall experience of stay in the hotel was very good. The courtesy extended by the staff with a smile is very much appreciated. The restaurant staff was very trained and was serving us very well. The Chef was ready to prepare the vegetable we bought the way we wanted!! We would like to mention the following specifically for their smiling service. Ms. Bhumika, Mr Pranay, Lalan and Dipsen. We will recommend this resort for stay.

A beautiful place, nestled in the hills, with its 125 year old history, antique furniture, century old vibes, it was very enthralling. Adding to the wonderful experience, were clean, well lit, spacious rooms with the best view of Kalimpong, comfortable beds, good food from the in house restaurant, friendly and courteous staff in the reception and the restaurant. The garden, in the front and the back garden, the century old vibes, plants, and flowers add to the natural beauty of this heritage hotel.|I would like to add my warm regards and special thanks to reception staff Bhumika, for finding us the best rooms suited to our needs, helping us plan the itinerary for our visit, and making our stay so enjoyable.

The Heritage rooms in this hotel are charming and authentic. They have most of their original architectural features, appropriate furniture and have beautiful views.

We have stayed for 02 nights at Sterling Park Kalimpong from 22nd Aug'24 to 24th Aug'24. It was really a amazing time we have spent here. ||The room has a great view. The food is delicious. ||I will definitely refer to my family and friends to stay at Sterling Hotels.
