Dear Keya Patar Nouka I'm writing to provide some feedback regarding my recent experience at your property. The lunch, dinner, and breakfast were all very good. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the property and the polite and excellent service from your staff. However, the evening snacks, specifically the fried chicken and chili baby corn, were not up to standard and were unfortunately inedible. Overall the property is not tidy. Swimming pool is not clean. Staff behaviour was good. Food was pathetic. Alur dom was smelling of mustard oil, garlic and raw spices. Non veg items were so embarrassing. Doi katla was extremely sour in taste. Mutton was uncooked and salty with excess amount of oil. Pulao was undercooked. Fish fry and coffee was pretty good as evening snacks. Overall the property is under maintained and over priced.

Location is inconvenient, rooms are good. Greenery not well maintained, food is excellent, service boy Paritosh is v good. Pond is filthy, manager's behaviour is rough and rude.

রুমের কোয়ালিটি ভাড়ার তুলনায় বাজে, পরিষেবা একদম বাজে,এক কাপ চা পেতে ১ঘণ্টার বেশি লাগে,সব চেয়ে খারাপ এখানকার security.

The quality of the room is bad compared to the rent, the service is absolutely terrible, it takes more than an hour to get a cup of tea, and the worst thing is the security here.
