Gogol Beach Resort

I love this place. The rooms are well maintained and clean. A lift is available. The service is excellent. The kitchen is also nice. The breakfast menu is well arranged for all types of members, that is, from kids to senior citizens. So, next time I will definitely consider it again.

The stay was enjoyable, but the room's cleanliness and elegance need improvement. However, I discovered that the sheets on the beds were both old and dirty. Restaurant staff should receive some training on etiquette. They are very rude, especially the restaurant manager. Kala Chand (Housekeeping) did an excellent job and I am thankful for his service. The receptionists have excellent service.

Good accommodation, good food, good staff behaviour Note that this is not a sea side hotel, 2mins walking from the sea. Premises not so gorgious, only one swimming pool and small seating area. It's a good hotel for budget Rs-2500-3000

Gogol Beach Resort is the best resort in Mandarmani — it’s just a one-minute walk from the beach. The rooms are very good and clean, with excellent room service. The food at the restaurant is also very tasty and reasonably priced. Every staff member’s behaviour is extremely nice, especially considering how amazing the rooms are for the price. Overall, our experience was excellent. It was my birthday, and when we ordered a cake, they even gave us a gift, which I loved. In particular, the manager, the restaurant boy Asim, and the boy who cleans the first floor were all very polite and helpful.

This hotel in Mandarmani offers excellent value for money and makes for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-ventilated, equipped with all essential amenities. A standout feature was the large balcony, offering a serene view of the open landscape. While the rooms don't have a sea view due to an adjacent under construction building, the beach is just a short, leisurely walk away. The close proximity somewhat compensates for the missing view. As for the pool, although I didn’t use it, it appeared clean and well-maintained. The food was a highlight—delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were courteous, and the service was prompt and efficient. On the downside, the mattress was too soft for our comfort, which may not be suitable for guests with back issues. Additionally, some of the furniture had sharp edges, which could be a safety concern if not careful. All in all, it was a pleasant and value for money stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was subpar. The room's condition was unexpected, given the price we paid. The maintenance was poor, with issues like a jammed main door lock that required repair. The washroom was in a terrible state, and to make matters worse, the curtain was torn. When the hotel staff rolled down the curtain to fix it, a dead lizard that was stuck to the curtain fell onto the bathtub, which was quite shocking. Additionally, the washroom lock was broken, and when I tried to lock it, the lock came out of the door itself. The General Manager did visit and offered a room change, but given that I had my grandmother and other guests with me, in the next room, it wasn't feasible to change floors. It's surprising that these issues weren't addressed before our arrival, especially since we booked 2-3 days in advance. Although the food was good, the overall experience was marred by the hotel's inability to provide a clean and functional room. Considering the room maintenance, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others without significant improvements.

It was a wonderful experience at Gogol Beach resort, hygiene, rooms were top notch and the behavior of all staffs were extremely polite. The breakfast buffet was faboulous. My daughter's food specifics were so well taken care of by the Gogol Beach Resort team. Specifically, the manager Mr Goutam was so helpful and polite. We are going to come back again for a short stay.

Best stay in Mandarmani till date Manager Sourav, steward Manoj kitchen staff, hotel service crew all are gem of humans: Went there for 2 nights , to celebrate my sons 1st birthday. We returned with our hearts full. Clean, warm and happy resort with a king size pool.
