Most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. No staff with polite behaviour. Every staff if roode to guest. Service takes very much time. Food quality not good. Pool was dirty always. I would not recommend this property to anyone . Dear all, Please don't book this property never.

It’s good stay for last Friday & Saturday, newly build spacious rooms with modern decorations, food was good & staff was very friendly. From 1st floor properly sea facing from balcony. It’s a good vacation.

Hotel has good view and spacious room. That' s the only positive point of this hotel. No good service, they provide defective bathroom hotel rooms, food was the worst part. Service is slow. Swimming pool was not clean. Overall they need quite improvement.

What is good: 1. Resort location 2. Direct beach access 3. Swimming pool experience is nice 4. Food quality is above average 5. Room size is good with sea view What is bad: 1. Maintenance 2. Room service quality, etiquette and attitude 3. Management discipline 4. Support staff get irritated with usual requests 5. Price is too much, but service is bad.

One of the remotest and unfindable explorations... Rooms good and spacious, but beware of cctv on the balcony of room 208... Privacy beware...corner rooms have glass bathrooms..101,201... Honeymoon rooms probably... Please check rooms for caterpillar (suo poka in bengali). Staff good but service poor... Takes at least 3-4 hours to make and serve food...Need a lot of time to serve food. It's best if your can tell them all that that you would like to have as food as soon as you check in... Egg boil takes more than an hour, roti take 30 mins more than normal serving time... swimming pool is heavily chlorinated and eyes will definitely swell after taking a bath there... They don't accept cards, though online gpay, etc is available... I found it over priced and ok type... If you are accomodative, you are most welcome... Rooms are spacious but are unclean and have dust... They provide you kettle but no complementary coffee/ tea/sugar/milk pouch etc...new property but not well maintained... Tea/coffee will take an hour to get served...security is nil... No one is available before 7:30am... I am sorry but except for good powerful AC and nice view from corner rooms, I wonder why I had been there... Thanks...

This is by far the worst experience I had staying at a hotel/ resort. 1. Rooms are dirty. They dont provide shampoo or a proper soap (only a tiny pack pack of Medimix) 2. The swimming pool is the worst. They are probably reusing the same water for a very long time. My friend's eyes kept on burning and he was not able to see clearly. I had to rush to a pharmacy to get some eye drops. I myself saw them sprinkling some powder late at night. BEWARE OF THE SWIMMING POOL. 3. By the time food arrives to your room, you may not even remain hungry because thats how long they take to provide food. 4. The overall surrounding is dirty. This is mostly the dirtiest side of the beach where people pee here and there. Worst things I got to see. 5. A big fat zero when it comes to privacy.

In one word WONDERFUL This was a family trip and everything was perfect. Very polite staff, prompt service and always smiling. Food was good, tasty and served hot. Excellent location and great value for money.
