I had a wonderful experience at Paschim Damdim Resort. The location is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful greenery — a perfect getaway to relax and enjoy nature. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, offering a great mix of local and traditional flavors. The resort also offers easy access to nearby sightseeing spots in Dooars, making it ideal for both families and solo travelers.

Nice isolated place away from the noise and pollution of city. The resort is surrounded by tea garden and a brook. Very well behaved staff. Food is simple but good. Overall a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and spent a day or two in proximity with nature.

It was a truly remarkable experience, beginning with the delicious food they offer; they provide wonderful meals, including breakfast and lunch, at a very reasonable prices. Furthermore, the variety of rooms available, each with a stunning view, it's impressive, and the staff and management are exceptionally courteous. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I certainly plan to return.

Had nice stay.the view from the resort is awesome.Tea garden is just adjacent to the resort.we had nice swimming session in the river nearby, which is upto knee deep water, children can easily swim there.River was crystal clear.Manager Mantu and the cook and helpers were very friendly.nice for calm and peaceful vacation.

Nice place to spend time with friends and family. After Damdim more road became narrow. Room was air-conditioned, clean and tidy. Geyser was in working condition. Staff were polite and helpful. But the food was not up to the mark, which disappointed us. The location was nice, surrounded by Tea Garden. If you are lucky, you can see the elephant on the river side. But all-over experience was good.

Excellent place for a weekend gateway in peace, tranquility and serenity. It is very good for a family get together, has lots of greenery, and a great local view. Food is not quite great, but it's understandable because of the location and availability of items.
