Hotel divya palace

The hotel completely lacks basic hygiene and cleanliness. Rooms and common areas were not maintained at all. There was absolutely no management in place — no one seemed responsible or capable of handling guests' issues. this was a completely unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in indore. Please be careful while booking. Don't waste your money and time

The room service is very good. Staff is kind of greedy but its okay. Food is also good. Overall good spot to stay.

The rooms are quite spacious and clean. It is also located at a great location from where public transport is accessible to all main places of Indore. Kitchen service is good. There are good breakfast options and food was good

Location is good. Price is also good. Washroom needs to pay attention regarding cleaning. I paid around 1400 including tax for one night

Location is great, Condition of Rooms are also good but you may feel suffocation in rooms due to absence of windows. Hotel staff and their way of doing business is a fraud. They are cheaters, they just want to make money by crooks. They have a mindset to cancle your booking anytime by saying NO to you if they get a bulk booking cust at higher price. We noticed 1 family and 1 Senior citizen waiting for check-In to this hotel as they had a Booking voucher from Make my trip but hotel denied to check-In as they already got a bulk booking for that day. We also included food in our booking but hotel denied stating that you have a Room only booking. Conclusion: If you want peace of mind and relax on your trip, Always avoid this hotel.

Worst experience. Taken 1hr for check in even though we paid for early check - in. Don't ever book this hotel through oyo. Also the receptionist was rudely behaving.Won't suggest this hotel at all.Only the rooms were quite well, but the services were poor.

Rooms are good for both family and wedding function. Spacious and comfortable one. Affordable Couple friendly Services need to be improved at rooms and Check- in procedures are easy. 💯😊
