The Metropole by Keyboard Hotels

Have just seen a transformation in this property, my previous stay wasn't a pleasant experience but this time in December I witnessed a difference after the renovation and a new management running the operations. The stay, the service and the food was excellent. The restaurant Murabba has a lovely ambience and worthy of mention is Mr.Alex for his warm and prompt service. Rahul at the front desk was very cooperative as I arrived very late in the night , he made sure that every small detail was taken care of, also my video conference requirements the next day were perfectly arranged.Worth a visit, highly recommend to try this place.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the attention to detail was impressive. The staff was kind and accommodating, always available to assist. The food was superb, with a variety of tasty and well-prepared options. A highly satisfying stay.

Amezing place metropark hotel sweeming pool area very enjoying my kidds berakfast food is very testy and room is very good and very comfratable and houseekeeping staff is very good .mr sandeep. Metropark staying in Lonavala. Very good place and stay comfortable it's very beautiful place easy location near by railway station.rooms are very like housekeeping hospitality very good staff is very good behaviour my all requests is time to time complete thanks for miss disha

Good Luxurious hotel & very nice place for family & right location, veg and non veg vegetarian restaurant but very very limited in option.staff are very polite. Wether was very nice.. love this I m visiting again

The worst hotel ever ..|Everything in bad shape ..||Pls don’t plan your stay at the hotel ever .||No service , no maintanence , staff is the worst , ||Totally non respondent . ||Big no no no no for the property.
