Hotel Savali Empire

Just recently visited this place. The food tastes really good, except for the starter that we had. It was supposed to be crispy veggies. Actually they turned out to be overdone. The paneer in this particular starter was not fresh. But he main course veggies were excellent. As for the ambience, the interior seemed grotesque for my taste. Turn-around-time was horrible. We had to wait good one hour before our parcel was handed over to us. That too given the fact that we two were the only customers on the premises. The waiting department was quite unprofessional. But that was compensated by the billing counter gent who was very courteous and pollite. So all in all its a mixed bag, hence the rating

Reception guy was too rude and hotel is not even clean. Really bad experience reception guy doesn't want to give any rooms. Will never visit.
