During my long stay, this hotel and service apartment have provided me all I’ve needed. The service is always good, from housekeeping to the admin office, to the reception, everyone is kind and willing to make your stay pleasant. The veg dinner is also always solid. Although there’s not fancy amenities like pool and large gym, Transtree is a clean and comfortable place to stay.

The food was amazing, also the assistance from the leasing office, the welcome it's something unforgettable as well as the place it's near by nice places and restaurants which for me was really special, thank you for everything you did during my business trip, 100% recommended.

The staff and management of the hotel were very cordial and amicable, making sure that service at the hotel pertaining to any requests made was very promptly adhered to. I had stayed here for 15 days and the daily breakfast buffet was always delicious, with the staff on call being very attentive to details and preferences. The rooms are well-ventilated and incredibly spacious, with amenities like daily cleaning, laundry and tv service. I truly had a very happy and memorable stay here, and would definitely count this as a great experience.

It’s a three star hotel. Don’t compare it with 5 star hotels. Food is okay. Ambience is not that great.
