Luxtay Suites

Stayed in a so called 'Suite Room' for a night. It looks ancient and smells bad. I found a cockroach and informed the front desk about it. They came up with a roach spray. How can someone sleep after the spray? Everything looks quite old and shabby! Paid Rs.3300. No value for money. Its not a Lux for sure!

First of all do not listen to the other reviews that are posted. Everyone has rated this place 5 stars but let me tell you the reality. We arrived at 11 o clock a family of 4 , there was 3 suitcases and on the property there were 4 floors. No lift and the staff came about 20 minutes later. Only 1 person was there and my younger son had to carry suitcase up the floors. Secondly if you have kids this is the worst place. The bed was too small and even though we paid extra money for each of them they didn't include breakfast and this was mentioned after we checked in and paid. Secondly we asked for a executive deluxe room but we got a studio instead when we complained they showed us another room which was smaller than a normal bedroom. Tv didn't work properly there was leak in the kitchen sink. Wall clock wasn't working. No Shower Gel in washroom. Crack's in walls, pillows and linen were dirty, socket coming out and many other things.The washroom was too small and there was no hot water. Even at breakfast we were only given 3 plates of food and only for 4 members. I would suggest you not to book this hotel.

The host made up for all its short comings, Not like there were many to start with. looks like an apartment building converted into a convenient stay. Rooms were great some had balconies, there is a terrace too. Room was cleaned up, when we arrived all the basic amenities were provided water, towels, clean sheets. All in all its surprisingly, good for a stay at this price point, the location too isn't bad has various good restaurants, supermarkets and some good pubs too.

While the atmosphere was nice, the food fell short of our expectations. Some dishes were under-seasoned, and others were overcooked. Additionally, the service was slow and our server seemed disinterested in helping us. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

A beautiful place located in the heart of the city. the people who run this place are extremely welcoming and friendly. I am speechless about the kind of hospitality they offer. This is the place to stay considering its strategic location to shopping malls, restaurants, bars, and coffee houses. The place offers cheap accommodation, in one of the costliest places in the city. Everything was clean, neat and comfortable. the food was delicious and the WiFi trusty. The staff was extremely helpful and saw to all of our needs during the duration of our stay. It is a great place and I would recommend to travelers who want value for money.

This is a lovely quaint small hotel. Excellent service staff... And the interest and effort taken by the owner is also reflected amongst their levels of ensuring you have a great stay. Clean rooms, bathrooms and a ever helpful staff make this a great place to stay.

I love this place, the room is clean the food is nice. Chicken Beriani, prata, masala etc all the food is nice... The juice is fantastic. The hotel near by the max mall you can walk... It is safe for foreign people since the local people is around. The hotel worker is polite and nice they are available to assist you... It has 3 level so you can stay in comfortable. Each level have 3 room and a hall.

Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Staff was courteous and location is closer to many important places and food stations. The books near dining area is perfectly awesome 😎 and very well arranged.
