3SK Villa

Hi I come from northern region of India, despite that every thing was well taken care off by the owner and his staff. The owner Kartik was him self present to greet me on the first day. His staff kiran was very good and polite. There is nothing specific that I have to talk or praise out everything was perfect in which ever ways it m could be. I was just amazed to see the hospitality by the owner. I stay there for about 10-15 days and each was amazing. I would recommend everyone, who so ever visit Mangaluru, please visit this place.

I just had a stay at this beautiful property with my family of 4 members. In line with the villa standards, this property has well stocked and maintained rooms, clean and beautiful surroundings, serene atmosphere, attentive services and excellent housekeeping. Would definitely recommend a stay. Will certainly prefer to visit again along with the family and friends. And one thing for sure you will not a find a fully furnished villa at this price point in entire mangalore for sure. I strongly recommend you guys to pick this villa if you are looking for a stay. One last thing impressed with the fish pond 🐠😍😍

Wonderful staying at 3SK, we booked initially for a month but had to extend for another month. Even though we intimated it very late, Karthik was very helpful in finding us alternate accommodation in his villa. We experienced staying at his 1bhk, 2bhk and studio house. All of them are great accommodations. We had a perfect stay. Staff was helpful and quick in resolving issues and all requests were fulfilled. All in all, I 100 percent recommend everyone coming to Mangalore to stay at 3sk villas - great location, awesome staff and helpful owner!

One of the best stay. Owner Karthik is very polite. The Villas are so clean n neat. The workers in this Villa are so patient, specially Kiran. He will immediately attend you whenever you call him for any help during stay. They have 3 BHK duplex Villa , 2BHK house for the stay. WiFi is there, power backup is there. basic Utensils in kitchen are there for preparing ur own food. Each bedroom is fitted with AC in good condition. TV is available (smart TV) where u can watch Netflix etc. So basically each minor things are given utmost importance. I am sure you will have a greater time in this villa for short stay specially with friends/family. If I get a chance I will stay again here. Price is also affordable. So go ahead n book if you plan to stay in Mangalore for short span of time.

Last minute booking. Initially got a single bhk plus a top room and next day moved to 3bhk. Spacious , well maintained place. Way to home is hilly, city view from top is good. Caretakers, if available it's a plus for elderly. Strongly recommend the place for who love to stay homely.
