StayVista Villa

*You wont find this review on StayVista!*As they cancelled my booking during the stay as we checked out from this villa after one night (we had booked for 2 nights) due to absolutely poor service and they didn’t let me put a review on their property page after multiple requests! Also added proof of booking in the pictures!! If this is considered a luxury villa, StayVista needs to seriously reconsider its standards. It felt like I paid a premium price just for a room near the backwaters, without the quality or service to justify the cost. The villa had expired products and I highly doubt about the food that we were served. Here are the key issues I faced: 1. Dinner rotis were pre-packaged frozen lying in unhygenic condition and not fresh, and left unrefrigerated overnight. They were served cold without a casserole. 2. Both milk powder and packet milk provided were expired 3. Toiletries were minimal—a small toothpaste, two 1rs shampoo sachets, and a bar of soap. Handwash wasn’t even provided. Oyo gives better toiletries 4. The geyser wasn’t operational, and we had to contact the owner to start it 5. No senior staff or manager was available at-least till 10 p.m., and communication with the cook was difficult due to a language barrier 6. The kitchen staff seemed inexperienced and slow, often needing reminders for simple requests and kept on forgetting things 7. The owner was unhelpful and dismissive of concerns, prioritizing defending his staff over addressing guest issues. The reviews for this property are misleading, and I checked out after just one night due to the poor experience.

Spent 4 nights here with family. We had a peaceful time, food was yummy, staff really nice , Narendra, Ashwathy, Majo, all were very warm. Francis, the host, is always around if you need anything. A very homely feel. Thank you .

The place was very comfortable and view was excellent.. The staff were very helpful and cooperative. A quiet, serene and luxurious stay... Will definitely recommend this one

Красивое и спокойное место . Вилла была чистой и ее смотритель очень любезным. Мы остановились на одну ночь . В первый день прогулялись по окрестностям и зашли в ближайший ресторан поесть, на следующий день нам предложили 2 часовую прогулку по воде . Было очень интересно . Я бы рекомендовала добавить какие то развлечения для детей - велосипеды , настольные игры , так как детям тяжело долго наслаждаться тишиной :) Еще раз спасибо за гостеприимство

Beautiful and calm place. The villa was clean and the caretaker very helpful. We stayed for one night. On the first day we walked around the area and went to a nearby restaurant to eat, the next day we were offered a 2-hour walk on the water. It was very interesting. I would recommend adding some kind of entertainment for children - bicycles, board games, since it is difficult for children to enjoy silence for a long time :) Thanks again for your hospitality
