Good place to stay if you are looking for a serviced apartment or rental property. Budget friendly rates if you are staying for longer periods. The view from the property is very nice and also quiet atmosphere. The property owner is also a good person to deal with. Kindly book your space in advance as the place is in high demand.

A perfect place to stay for Weeks or Months. I visited here for my wife delivery and this is the best place for my stay. A quite relaxing area with place to walk around, you can get all basic stuffs in walk-able distance. Uber/ Ola/ Swiggy, etc was available throughout. The owner visits occasionally and really a down to earth person. Murali and Chechi are really helpful.

Place is good. You can enjoy the beauty of lake anytime. But owner is annoying. If you have enough patience then its fine. Some times there is smell in water as well. And I felt that rent is also higher than market average.

Never stayed over night, but made couple or visits. This is a service apartment like facility having 2BHK with A/c, refrigerator, washing machine etc. Not sure whether these are available across all apartments or not. Fairly priced. The adjascent river adds to the ambience. The building is a but old and so is the design. Have limited parking inside, but have ambient vacant plots in about 100 meters distance. Overall this is a good place to stay away from the city's noice but proximity to city is good. Need to have either on vehicle or a Uber since this is a but remote from the traffic and not public mean of transport is available nearby. Nearest Metro Rail Station is Kadavanthra.

We had a beautiful view from our apartment and pleasant stay. Staff were very kind and helpful. We came and stayed for our natural birth at Birthvillage, kakkanad- anndd this place helped us to be as natural and comfortable as it could be!

The photos show a different place, so font believe it, but the view is amazing and that is enough to make you look over all the other issues. If you have any complaints, or if anything is broken, do report them on the first day, cause I didn't do that and they thought that I broke it, but definitely go there for the view. The staff is amazing too and you can order stuff online and it gets there easily.

We had a very pleasant homestay facing the backwaters. It is a wonderful property with immediate access to the centre of the city. Highly recommended for your stay. Very hospitable 👍

I have stayed here for almost 2 months. It's an amazing place where you find all the basic amenities at a very reasonable price. The staff at place Murali is a very helpful person and is always ready to provide you assistance any time. The owner of the place Mr. Jojy Cherian is an old person who is very understanding and possesses polite nature. Talking about the property it's a fully furnished apartment which has a sofa, dining table, bed, AC, etc. The kitchen has a gas stove however you need to get a cylinder for the same or it can be provided by the owner if you want. There is a common washing machine which serves your purpose of washing clothes. Filtered water is provided in cans. You have Joy supermart and some shops nearby which could provide you all the basic amenities. The roads connecting the house were under construction during my stay. Overall a perfect place to stay especially for short stays.
