Shiva Valley Villa

We stayed along with my extended family during the new year weekend. Few things should be considered if you are booking it, 1- Not at all senior citizens friendly- There is no wheelchair accessible entrance into the villa so it becomes a challenge for senior citizens. 2- Mosquitoes- They are a nuisance because the villa is surrounded by plants and bushes so you will encounter mosquitoes. And there are not a lot of options to handle the menace.. Even mosquito repellents are limited in number. 3- Swimming pool: it is dirty and doesn't have a filter. The pool is surrounded by plants shrubs and trees..so it is bound to get dirty with a small blow of wind. And to top it off you don't have a swimming pool filter. Also if you are charging premium rates..please install the temperature controller in the pool. Then it will be usable. Otherwise it is just a gimmick..which it was. 4- Service- the Rooms and bathrooms were clean so full marks for that. 5- Food- It was average. They charged 1500 for non veg and veg 1200 so they are charging premium rates for average food. Maybe they charged more for the quantity and not for the quality. Final verdict- it is more suitable for friends gathering and not meant for family outing.

It was a memorable stay all the amenities which are shown in the photos are well maintained and operational. The villa is more beautiful than photos which are uploaded online. swimming pool is sparking clean and is in amoebic shape which is photogenic.food was serve on time by the polite and hardworking staff .we will definitely come back

Good place to stay. I’m went there for third time. the property is very very close to nature. All four side is mountains view is very beauty. All the dream villa property is nice & value for money. The staff is very positive & helpful.

The Villa management goes above and beyond to ensure a truly delightful experience for its guests. My recent holiday there was unforgettable thanks to the outstanding staff and their clear dedication to exceeding expectations.The staff was polite and humble always available at the property. Chef provide mouthwatering food which is unforgettable. Overall me and my family enjoyed the stay an view of the property.

Overall, while the location of Shiva Valley Resort is appealing, the small swimming pool, poor food quality, and bad service make it hard to recommend.

Exellent place for picnic and spending time with friends and family..We go for office picnic and enjoy there and crete good memories with each other..Place is nice for playing and good for photo shoot, also staff is very helpful and good in nature.. I Personally like this place.

Suggestion is to not be in this villa. First of all the good quality was so bad and it was stale. The staff in this listing is so rude they don’t know how to talk to people and second there make sure if you are going (which you shouldn’t) then be clear with each and every conversation regarding your stay and record it for safety purpose. Also as shown it wasn’t hygiene at all. Over all not worth the hype better to be in some good space.
