Cascades Villa

Third class property, Mr. Pande caretaker is very rude and bad. AC getting tripped for 1 bedroom Water fall in swimming pool is on only for 30 minutes then they close it. Very very untidy kitchen. What else they can serve you with ?

If i could rate zero star i would. i will not recommend anyone to stay there. I planned a getaway with my family to be relaxed rather it was unpleaseant, awful and absolutely terrible. First of all the representative switched off her phone. when we reached there, swimming pool was not cleaned even though we checked in online day before. Their washing machine was broken. towels were not washed or arranged. there is absolutely nothing in bedroom except for beds shown in picture. there was not even a table to put my lauggae on. No room service was done in our 2 day stay. the sitting area on terrace as well as foyer was dirty and coverd in dust. there was no soap provided in the bathroom. when we asked for it they said we dont give soaps! there was lack of basic nessecities! there were NO hand towel or door mat. the only thing provided in bathroom was "USED TOOTHPASTE AND SHAMPOO BOTTLE'' the bed are said to be Queen size but they are too small it`s hard for even 2 children to sleep in it comfortably. the lights were not working in the stairway nor ceiling fan in drawing room or bedroom. at night frogs were hoping around in the bathroom.

"We had an amazing stay at Cascades Villa,located far from the city in a serene location with a private pool and waterfall. Hospitality was up to the mark by Vista rooms. Must visit with your family and friends too ,great scenery view and had a great time ,thanks to vista team for their co ordination."

Well maintained, with clean pool and beautiful artistic interior, Staff are really helpful and they took good care of us. My family had a great time, all rooms are well kept and neat and tidy.The ambiance was pleasant and the facility was organized.
