Despite the villa's impressive interior design, our stay was marred by severe cleanliness issues. Every room had mold on the walls, and the entire villa was infested with cockroaches. Furthermore, the beds were stained, and the blankets were filthy. It was a deeply disappointing experience.

Review of Kripa Holidays - Villa No. 6 I wanted to share my recent experience with Kripa Holidays, where we booked Villa No. 6. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had—complete scam. First, the condition of the villa was atrocious. We booked it through a broker who assured us that it could accommodate 8 people. However, upon arrival, the property manager informed us that only 7 people were allowed, and we'd need to pay an extra ₹1000 for the 8th person. This was the first scam. Second, the manager or helper at the counter was incredibly rude. We waited almost 40-45 minutes just to get the keys, with no one else around to assist us. Third, there is absolutely no privacy, especially for women. The staff has a master key and can enter the villa at any time, even if someone is changing. This happened to one of our female friends, and it was utterly disgusting and invasive. Fourth, the speaker provided was not working. Fifth, there was no water supply. Sixth, the swimming pool was filthy. Seventh, the room door wouldn’t even close properly. Eighth, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Lastly, to make matters worse, the staff entered the villa early in the morning without permission using the master key, again violating our privacy. The villa felt more like a railway station slum than a holiday home. There is a clear disconnect between the broker, manager, and caretaker. The broker promised one thing, while the caretaker and manager seemed clueless about it all. This property is not worth the money, and I urge others not to waste their hard-earned money on such a terrible place.

Recently we visited one of thier villa named as Taj villa. As per the name it sounds like it would be amazing however it was opposite to that. We went group of 10 people and had worst experience of our lives. The photos you can see either on their website or on Whatsapp once they sent to us are not at all same when you visit. Basic hygiene level was not maintained, the bedsheets were not cleaned. Out of 3 rooms we found insects like baby cockroaches on bed & frog in washroom of 2 rooms. Swimming pool was so small and it was not at all cleaned too even though we had asked Management to do so. Basic toiletries were also not provided. Now coming on entertainment part, they have shown photos of all games like carrom, cards, etc. however when we checked it was just Carrom that too in very bad condition. So overall very very pathetic villa that no one should visit even though they ask for free.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Villa Jannat, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with the quality of this accommodation. First and foremost, let's talk about the condition of the villa. Upon arrival, it was evident that the place had not been properly maintained. The furniture was worn-out and shabby, and the walls were covered in stains and dirt. The overall ambiance was far from the promised "luxury" experience, as advertised. Next, let's discuss the amenities. The website claimed that Villa Jannat had top-notch amenities, but this couldn't have been further from the truth. The so-called "fully equipped" kitchen was a joke. The utensils were rusty, and some appliances didn't even work. Trying to cook a decent meal was an uphill battle. Moreover, the Wi-Fi was spotty at best, making it nearly impossible to stay connected during our stay. One of the biggest letdowns was the customer service—or rather the lack of it. The staff was indifferent and unresponsive to our concerns. When we attempted to address the issues with the villa, they were dismissive and unwilling to make any improvements. It felt like they just wanted to take our money without providing the services they promised. To add insult to injury, the price we paid for this disaster of a stay was exorbitant. We expected to receive a luxurious experience for the amount we spent, but instead, we got a rundown, poorly maintained accommodation that was nowhere close to being worth the money. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend Villa Jannat to anyone. The overall experience was disappointing and frustrating, and it felt like a complete waste of our hard-earned money. There are many other reputable and reliable accommodations in the area that offer a far superior experience. Save yourself the headache and choose elsewhere for your stay. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a warning to others, so they don't have to endure the same dreadful experience we did at Villa Jannat.

I had gone here with my whole family for two days stay but the rooms were in very pathetic condition...also there are no proper lights in washroom just one small bulb was placed..there were 3 washrooms out of which two were stinking and had water logging..later there was no water available there in washrooms... The beds and bedsheets were in worst conditions as if not washed since months...water purifier had dirt collection inside it....All over there were very dim and dull lights in the villa.. Not worth for money! Worst experience

I was there this weekend with my family. The property is good...but the owner needs to ensure the same is maintained and personally tracked. Fittings in all the bathrooms were broken...door locks not proper...caretaker works like a robot...will action only when asked to do something...No proactive measures taken....TV recharge not done before check in...sufficient drinking water not stored and lastly we had to buy from caretaker...also normal water storage not tracked considering villa fully occupied...caretaker made us feel as if we were complimentary guests....service levels requires drastic change immediately...Not recommended at all

We had a wonderful bachelor's party here. The villa is super clean and the cook had prepared awesome lunch and dinner for us. Be it a family or bachelors, it's amazing to spend a day here. I highly recommend this place. PS: I visited this in 2015. I hope they have maintained the quality even now
