I have never written any review but for this i have to because i want to warn people of such scams.The Worst villa ever , we booked it for 2 days and it was the worst decision we ever made. The caretaker is a thief and steals money from people's bag when they aren't around. The owner are also mixed with the caretaker and defends them about stealing. Everything is expensive and has a price which is exorbitant . The villa location is very remote all construction going on nothing to view, there is not even proper road to reach the villa. There is no cleanliness, the bath tub is not usable, the water heater is short circuited my friend got the shock when he tried to on the heater. No nearby hotels or restaurants. No utensils, Worst of all the pool wasnt even clean . we had to force the owner to come and see that pool wasn't clean. Worst nighmare ever

This villa is scam, the caretaker has robbed our money. The swimming pool was not clean when we arrived, the ac's ,geysers were also not working properly. As our checkin was late due to unclean pool the caretaker and owner keep forcing us to checkout on time. And the location of the villa is in construction area, if you think you are awaking up with clean and fresh air sorry you are not. And the people who have given him a good rating most of them might be there good friends or family members.

Let me know you the darkest side of Paradise villa, what I experienced. As you enter the lane of the villa you will start feeling depressed after seeing the villa from outside only. The roads are so bad that even autorickshaw guy deny to go inside the villa lane but we requested him take us inside. When we entered the villa we get to know that swimming pool was not clean. The check-in time was 1 pm but our train was late so that's why we reach villa at 2 pm but still the cleaning of villa was not done yet. If I talk about the care taker he was so so so rude, if we were requesting about something he was giving us the silent treatment. The kitchen was so bad that there was no plates to eats, hardly some glasses, no salts and sugar. He handed us the cylinder and in evening he was Iike I am taking cylinder for sometimes because I want make food at home and we was like you are taking 500rs for kitchen and now you taking cylinder. The fridge was leaking and because of this our all food got wet. In hall there was no TV connection, the sofa was not good , no wifi, the AC was not working, and the most of the time caretaker was not available. We are demanding for something which is common thing that should available in every villa they were were asking for extra charges. During night the water was not coming from tap. The whole night we use the washroom without water. The next day morning when I asked the caretaker about this he replied that you all used all the water that's why the water tank got empty , So there no 24 hours water facility also. After all this he have a guts to ask us for the tips. Overall it was the worst service and Ambience that you will ever witness. Totally wasted our weekend and money. Please don't go with the photos and videos on Google. Trust all the negative google reviews, it is true that this is worst villa ever.

THE WORST VILLA EVER. BEAWARE OF THIS VILLA SCAM. The caretaker was rude and he stole money from the bag, we called the owner and told him and he said he will refund, but he did not and now he is not picking up calls. This villa is a complete scam, first of it was located in complete deserted location even rickshaw driver was pissed searching for location and left us on highway we had to walk all the way inside unclean pool, we reached and had to ask them to clean pool it took several hours, then rooms were unclean, ac was not working, geyser was not working and washroom window was broken. I asked the caretaker to clean the water on floor he completely denied. There are no restaurants nearby and they said kitchen was self accessible but they said we can only make maggi for anything else they will charge and there were no pots utensils etc in the kitchen, refrigerator and kitchen was dirty. And then lights weren't working, even there was a dead frog in the pool. And they told us to check out before 11 am. By 9:30 only care taker came and asked us to leave. And care taker kept on arguing about everything.

Visited with 20+ people. This bungalow is very remote and road is not good. This property is in Kusgaon. Not in Lonawala. Service is not good. In the morning, no one is there to give Tea and breakfast. In terrace balcony, there is no fan. There is no market near.

Very comfortable villa with spacious rooms. From facilities to interior decor made us feel luxury. Food was amazing too. This has now become our weekend home for sure.

The opposite of paradise. Nothing is up to date our pool was dirty To be very specific only 4 plates for 8 people cockroaches everywhere The worst service no one is responsive and after that they have the audacity to ask for tip. No wifi as if we are living 90s. They say there AC is automatic which turns off every 2 mins same issue with fan . They said speaker will last all day but battery goes down every 5 mins. Lights were not working. FAKE PHOTOS. Place looks like a abandoned villa Should be named ‘FAKE VILLA’ Book this villa if you want to experience HELL.
