Eko stay Titanium

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The entire villa is in a terrible state — the ceilings are covered with moisture patches, fungus is visible in almost every corner, and the smell inside is unbearable. It’s not just unpleasant, it feels unhealthy to even breathe in there. The photos they show online are completely misleading — the actual property looks nothing like them, and the difference is shocking. What you see in the listing is a dream, but what you get is a damp, musty nightmare. The condition of the property is unacceptable for paying guests. I wouldn’t recommend this villa to anyone, even for free. Stay far away unless you want to ruin your trip.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the reality didn’t match the website photos at all. The room we were given had a persistent bad smell, like damp and mold, which made it really uncomfortable to stay in. There were visible signs of moisture damage, and the air felt heavy and unclean. The poolside area was filthy. It was definitely not a space you’d want to relax in, let alone swim. What made it worse was the attitude of the management. When we politely raised our concerns, they were dismissive and unhelpful, offering no real solutions or even a change of room. Their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to assist guests was shocking. They dint even accept that our concerns were real. They just offered us a room freshner & 3000 compensation. EKOSTAY promised a gold villa, which was just not par even as per normal stds. I would not recommend this place to anyone. & avoid booking through EKOSTAY too.

We stayed at Ekostay Titanium Villa for a weekend getaway. The villa is spacious and clean with a great private pool that added to the fun. The caretaker was helpful and available when needed. However, the road leading to the property is quite rough, and we faced a few issues with food service and privacy. Overall, it’s a decent option for groups, but a few things could be improved for a smoother experience.

I stayed at this villa with family and friends. The property was very clean with large and spacious bedrooms. WiFi was very good. Enjoyed relaxing in the garden and made use of a clean swimming pool. Enjoyed the BBQ. Hospitality was great. Villa had a very peaceful environment. Would highly recommend this place and visit again. I was wary about other reviews, but I was glad to have good experience.

Had a very relaxing and refreshing time with family and friends at Titanium Villa, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The villa has very good vibes The 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are very spacious and tastefully done. The huge double heighted hall and family area upstairs too are well done. Very clean and well maintained overall Fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to opt for cooking yourself which is at a minimal extra cost which is well worth it. Barbecue facility too was available at a minimal cost which we used and really enjoyed it with the garden and poolside view. Good wifi network, ample secure parking. Caretakers were helpful Very good view from the terrace at night Contrary to some of the reviews on Google, it was a memorable and wonderful stay for us. I'm glad I did not go by the reviews, thanks to one of my friends who had visited earlier and told me the Villa was beautiful and they had a wonderful time. Go for it…

Recently, I came down from the UK. Planned a family reunion at this villa. Enjoyed the serene and peaceful environment. Relaxed in the garden, I had good fun in the pool. The barbecue was good. Warm hospitality. The wifi was good. I would happily visit again.
