★☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience – Not Recommended at All Our stay at this villa was extremely disappointing. Despite charging a premium price, the property failed to deliver even basic services. The owner and staff were rude and unprofessional, showing zero concern for guest comfort. It felt like a pure money grab with no value provided. The swimming pool was dirty and non-functional, and worse, it was shared between two villas—completely defeating the idea of privacy. The refrigerator had a foul smell, and floors and bedsheets were visibly dirty. There was no food service available, and the lawn area was poorly maintained and full of trash. The worst part: there was no sense of private space, making it completely unsuitable for families. Also the location is wrongly put by owner. Avoid this place if you value cleanliness, hospitality, and your hard-earned money.

Our experience at Juniper Villa was extremely disappointing and frustrating. 1. Location Issues: The villa was difficult to locate, and the name mentioned on the website was completely different from the actual name displayed at the property. This caused confusion and wasted time trying to find the place. 2. Unprofessional Caretaker: We had to call the caretaker multiple times, and when he finally responded, he was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. This set a negative tone even before we reached the property. 3. False Advertising & Privacy Concerns: The listing did not disclose that the swimming pool is shared with other guests from nearby villas. This is a serious breach of privacy, especially for families or women expecting a private experience. 4. Not Worth the Money: For the price paid, the service, transparency, and privacy were well below expectations. The overall stay was unpleasant and definitely not worth a single penny.

Saffron is a villa chain in India offering properties in serene mountainous locations like Lonavala. I visited one of their villas during an office outing, and it was one of the most luxurious stays I've ever experienced. The villa featured 10 bedrooms, two halls, two kitchens, a swimming pool, and indoor games. It's perfect for relaxing and having fun with your team or loved ones. The rent for the entire villa was around 1 lakh rupees per day, so plan accordingly. There are additional charges, such as 2,000 rupees for a bonfire and another 2,000 rupees for renting whiskey glasses, so it's better to bring your own. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff members.

Nice and budget friendly villa, if you have around 10 to 15 peoples. Issues that we faced: Broken/damaged table tennis set's, Pool table have damaged sticks. Terrace has those slippery tiles.

Only issue was with vegetarian food. It was not fresh. They brought food from outside hotel. The location and service was good. This was mine 2nd saffronstay. The pervious stay they cooked food in the villa itself and it was fresh tasty.
