SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!! Be alert that this property operates only under stavyvista and stay vista is not partner with any other company. Vistara stays and Hertitage stays or new name in future will claim that they are partner with stayvista as you can see this property under stayvista and will give better pricing than stayvista to attract. They are so prepared that they share pictures, videos , menu and proper booking mail with booking ID , they even have website. Kindly do not fall for such scam , we had a bad experience in which we booked with Heritage stays and we lost 35k. Above all details is basis the research that I have found over multiple links with specific search. STAY ALERT ⚠️

We booked the villa via Vistara Stays for 13 to 15th August 2023. However, on 12th August 2023 late evening we were abruptly informed that the booking holds cancelled and we were refunded the amount.. The agent blocked our contacts, no curtesy for elaborate explanation, we called multiple times, no response.. This ruined our entire vacation.. Beware of this behaviour !! This was extremely Greedy & unprofessional service, we ever experienced in our entire life…

Not trustworthy specially for weekend or long holiday bookings. We booked the property for 2 nights between 13th Aug to 15th Aug 2023, vistara stays/property which manages the arihant villa cancelled our booking at a very last minute i.e. a night before our reservation date. Texting a lame reason and not even bothered to answer our call. No re-arrangements, just returned our booking amount and communication is dead. Super bad!!!

They first take advance from you then cancel at last moment and do not pay back the sum despite messaging that it has been initiated. It is a scam do not fall for it.

Absolutely pathetic service. The agent Ashish asked me to urgently send bank details for security disposit . Just 10 hours before we were about to leave for a long weekend he cancelled and refunded the amount. Blocked my number and refused to give any explanation on cancelling last min. Please don’t trust them
