We had a wonderful stay at the villa with our group of friends! The property was spacious, clean, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special mention to Rahul Kadam, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay—he kept the place spotless and even made us some great tea that we all enjoyed. His efforts really added a personal touch to our experience. Would definitely recommend this villa for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Loved the experience of the villa. The ambience was amazing. I got hurt on my foot and Rahul kadam the caretaker took good care of me. He bandaged me well and checked on me again. Service like this sets these guys apart. We stayed at villa 3 and the rooms are nice a spacious.

It's awesome. Great view from room. Pool is superb. And staffs are so well behaved and helpfull, which gives more pleasent stay. Thanks to Mr Rahul Kadam who makes us comfortable in new location, with communication.

This Villa is worth every penny ! We booked it through MMT at a very great deal ! At first we were skeptical about the location and the property , but on arrival we were at relief. We had a grand welcome with goodies and welcome drink. The stay here are very polite and helpful. They made our stay very comfortable & memorable one ! The surprised us with gifts & chocolates on occasion of Women's Day! The property is very beautifully constructed. Also all the basic necessities were taken care of like towels , slippers , dental kit. The kitchen is also very well equipped with very good quality cutlery and crockery. This place & the people will never disappoint you ! Please go ahead and choose this if you are looking for a new , clean & accessible property. Also many good restaurants are nearby ! Thank you Alaya Stays & the team for making our stay a memorable one ! Looking forward to come back soon !

Beautiful property , enjoyed our stay at this villa . The booking was smooth and the staff is really professional in guiding us through the details of reservation and subsequent formalities . All the amenities were provided as indicated on website . Special thanks to miss Adisha , Mr Sachin , Avinash and humble/ trustworthy are taker Rahul Kadam . Will definitely visit again and a must visit for enjoyable stay with families

When we entered the villa, they gave us a super welcome inside with all of their open heart. It was literally heartwarming for us for such a welcome... Even the rooms including washrooms was too good. The service was quick and had no issues too. Rahul kadam sir was too good and had a great service with him too... The villa is worth visiting

Very good location and society of villas. Our caretaker Rahul Kadam made our stay very very special. Do try his handmade Chai when you're here! He's careful and very hospitable. Any concerns and issues were addressed and resolved immediately by the team.
