It's high time these villa owners must put up real images of the property as this villa has a gazebo which is way too tiny and doesn't match the images. The swimming pool is unhygienic and oily. The rooms are still okay. The interiors are fine.

We booked kingfisher villa Lonavala on 8th September 2024 for 2 nights. As we reached property it was full of fungus and it was stinking the entire villa with weird fungal smell. Villa looks absolutely unmaintained with balcony railing with weird green fungus everywhere as if property is not even seen or maintained. If a person stays there for more then an hour will definitely fall sick with the smell of weird old stinking vessel. My trust on Ekostay is absolutely over after visiting this property.

We are staying at the Octagon farms by Ekostay The worst experience so far There is mold in all the sheets , pillows , chair covers Water is leaking from the bathroom making one of the bedrooms useless - None of the bedroom windows close and are broken. Plus none of the shelves are operational because they are broken The pictures posted online are completely different from the condition of the villa It's in a khadi with all under construction villas around. The approach is really bad. We can't even walk outside the bungalow due to big puddles. There are moths , mosquitos and cockroaches in the bedrooms and bathrooms The bungalow is very badly maintained The moisture in the villa is so bad that its difficult to breathe The furniture and mattresses are all with mold spots and smelling really foul We just stayed at another bungalow close by and it was so well maintained This is not acceptable Not booking Ekostay again Stayvista is a much better option , they are as indicated on pictures. If we do not get compensated for the same, we may post the above review on the social media

Our stay at EKOSTAY - CLIFFSIDE LONAVALA was not at all pleasant. V stayed there for 2 nights 26th july to 28th july if 1 knows its a rainy season 1 needs to keep the surroundings clean but starting from the entrance itself was so untidy n unclean. The rooms vr not at all clean with so mnay red ants on the floor since v had to share rooms n sleep on the floor it was difficult to do so had to keep an eye. The food for the 1st day was horrible had to waste so much even though v had pre booked the chef since nidhi pestered us to book b4 had as it was peak season n we widnt get a chef but the 1st day hi tea n dinner vr hopeless. The property is so unclean n untidy. Their kitchen next door is so so so dirty they themselves vr ashamed to open it as they knew if v opened the door fully they would be exposed. Heights of unhygienic environment. Avoid avoid avoid booking with this Nidhi n ekostay. Other day the so called chef was back from his own vacation n v got satisfactory food but i would say not of good quality. Ekostay charges like a bomb. V paid 50k for the bunglow but it was in a very bad state. Even the bedsheets had a foul smell which v had to use to cover us.very disappointed with the keepers n ekostay. Wouldnt ever recommend this villa or ekostay.

We went for an office outing to this place, we were new to lonavala. We were told that everything is great about the facilities provided but unfortunately to our surprise we found: 1. The caretaker received our call when we reached lonavala Stn at 10am . He said that they already have guests and check-in time is 2.00pm and he hung up the call on us. we completely understood that and abide by the rules. We called him back later immediately as we were finding it difficult to find the location. He did not pick up the calls (10) and was completely ignored. Being the event organizer this was damn embarrassing for me to make other team members understand that it was difficult to find the location as we were new. Somehow we managed to reach the location around 12.30pm and decently waited on the road at a corner (outside the property campus completely) for an hour. There was no waiting area outside. We checked in at 2.00pm. beautiful bungalow and beautiful location. Geysers were not working AC remote cells were put later All the rooms latch were not -functional Blutooth Speaker battery was low after every 20 min. The charger was not available too. There was no ac in one of the underground rooms ( but we paid for all AC rooms). This room had a cooler. That too would work after half an hour of switching it on . There was No bucket, mug/ shower in that room. The filter was not working for an hour of us in the pool,a lot of chlorine in the water. Lunch was served at 4.00pm with a lot of salt in the food. We gave the feedback to the cook and dinner was better. Again the breakfast had a lot of salt in egg bhurji. Overall a so so experience . Good thing is the bungalow location and scenic beauty. The manager was good and followed up later

The property is good but looks smaller in reality. Also, its old but still clean and maintained. Caretaker Azhar is very helpful and always on his toes to help you. Crockery could have been better, rest it was nice.

Location is near from market. Great villa option for a gang of 8-12 members. Azhar as a caretaker for villa did a great job. Always available when required and awesome service. Great place to chill out with your gang.
