"Reality is often disappointing" was a statement I only ever expected to hear in movies. But it holds true for this place. This place was a complete flip from the pictures the owner (Sohaib) sent. Unclean and disgusting. We were kept waiting for an hour post check-in until even basic cleaning could be done but were however greeted by a lovely spider. The owner doesn't answer any calls no matter how important the situation. 10/10 for pathetic service. Good job Sohaib. Keep it up.

Paid 14k for very poor service, villa was not at all maintained. There was mould all over the walls, no water in the bathrooms, dirty fridge and paan spit stains the kitchen walls. The villa was not cleaned since the previous visitors had left. The person responsible for coordinating (Shoaib) wasn't answering our calls and was very irresponsible. NOT RECOMMEND.

Best example of a worst place! It can neither be called a villa, hotel or a lodge. Lets just say, dharavi slums have far more better amenities and are well maintained than this place. And i guess aarey has more ghost stories/experiences because these inhumans keep disappearing. You keep seeing them often, but not when you want to.

If there was an option to give zero stars I would. The place was very expensive, unmaintained and the service was not upto mark for the price paid. If anyone is planning to spend a weekend with your friends I highly recommend you don't chose this place. (especially people who are scared/hate spiders)

We stayed in villa - 254 - Rented for 9k for weekend I don’t know what they charge for it was so unhygienic place broken chairs no dustbin , No plates , No spoons , No Gas facility( infact they charged additional )very poor management ) there are other nearby villas they do provide. They don’t even know how to talk to customers If you call and ask for any queries they will only say Nahi ho payega Pehle puchna chaiye tha NOT WORTH AT ALL

It's a beautiful and spacious place for a good overnight stay with family and frnds. The place can accommodate nearly 25 ppl at one time. It had all the necessary equipments including a fridge separate bathrooms in each room n soo on. It also has a grt view.

If someone needs a Luxury villa, they should definitely choose this one it is currently the best choice in Mumbai.
