Royal Palms Villas with Private Pool

Worst villa ever their pool is so cheap and they dont even clean it and their staff is so rude and they only bother about is money they will charge deposit extra for no reason so cheap staff also eat gutka

Had a wonderful stay. We had booked 2 villa.. villa 406 and villa 408.. beautiful views. Caretaker was helpful... Felt like hill station.

Villa 406 was booked by us. The stay was nice and smooth. Lovely place for a staycation in Mumbai.

The worst the food that was given became cold while arriving at doorstep, we were unable to check in on the given time the rooms were in the worst condition the pool wasn't clean the service was poor most of the furniture was damaged too much mosquito problem at night , Cockroaches all over bed and inside the mattress on bed, overalll too bad experience definitely need something more than improvement.

Worst worst and worst Pleas dont go even if they give you for free They will take money and forget you.. everytime you call them there is someelse coming that also after 1 hour We checked in at 5 since we were late still the rooms were not clean Windows were broken girls cannot bath in washroom as there is another building stick to villas Used pad were lying in washroom Staff fake and humanity does not even exist They will keep distubing from morning for check out till the time you check out Everytime you call them they will come after 1 hour and everytime different person What they promise you before booking is something else after that Also they book you villa and then change if someone is paying more The booking person was drunk and booked same villa for 2 group on same day where we had fight Dont go Place is very dirty

The swimming pool floor of the villa is damaged. We went with 12 companions, and 8–10 of them bled after getting cuts on their foot soles from shattered flooring. In the loo, we also experienced a water supply issue at midnight. The owner woman was completely unhelpful and too impolite to speak. Also, the pool has dirty, greasy water and a lot of hair.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC VILLA 207 ! READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING THE VILLA, RATHER DO NOT BOOK ! Unclean villa, no proper hygiene. Worst property I have ever been to! Photos, videos of that girl enjoying the villa and reviews are deceiving. Would give 0 stars if possible. Topmost negative points - 1) No water for 2 entire mornings. So much water shortage that we literally had to use drinking water, which they charge ₹30/bottle (₹10 more than the MRP) 2) the villa is very hard to find. No proper commute available from ola/uber too. 3) we didn’t have electricity for around 3-4 hours one night and no assistance was provided initially. After a lot of calling, they helped. 4) caretaker’s attitude is as if he is the owner. Owner is very naive and not much interested in wellbeing of the people staying. 5) pool was in a pathetic condition, couldnt use for for 2 days of 3. Last day they cleaned it after which we could use it 6) no proper kitchen utensils or bedding provided. No drinking water provided, had to be bought at extra cost from them. 7) deposit for 3k was taken by the caretakers, and he also kept our aadhar cards, which is not correct. 8) NO HOT WATER AVAILABLE:( 9) TV was not working! Only positive point was that AC was working in both the bedrooms, else it was entirely a horrible experience !!
