StayVista at House Below The Hill | Premium Villa with Pool in Alibaug

The property was very nice. The most disappointing thing is we have to give menu of all means in advance which is the most annoying part. How can we decide the menu of all meals 2 days prior? Stayvista team is very arrogant especially Mr Sankraman. His communication was horrible. Very unprofessional approach. The cooking team was local but StayVista team was telling me that the Chef is non maharashtrian.. why did Mr Sankraman lie I don’t know. They take 100% payment at the time of booking. They take 100% payment at the time of giving meals order (I have never experienced this anywhere) So you don’t have any kind of flexibility at all. This is the most disappointing thing we found. My suggestions/complaints about this property : 1. There is no Wash Basin anywhere in the common area. After food you have to Goto your room only. There should be at least one wash basin near dining area. 2. They should put a large board of their property on main road. 3. We were there for 2 nights. Nobody cleaned the room, changed linens, put new napkins & towels in bathroom. Good part was delicious Food. Overall satisfactory experience. But think of giving prior order of meals. Keep a flexibility in that as we are not in jungle.

Have been there a couple of times.. the house and property is as gorgeous as the photos indicate. The whole place has a leisurely Mediterranean vibe to it. There are lovely fruits and flowers growing in the garden and a clean pool with a cool bar, music as well as Karaoke, The hosts are fantastic.. very accommodating, accessible and super helpful. The care takers get everything perfect to the T. The food is outstanding as well. All in all, it’s a perfect weekend getaway whether u want to have a quiet, chilled weekend or a rocking party!!

Amazing views - the hill behind and the lush green lawns in front. Property - places to chill (pool / lounge) and work and sleep (4 large bedrooms) Food - to die for. Amazing mix of Indian / Local (misal pav and bhajiyas) and international (turkish eggs and falafel) Service - always with a smile. Always prompt and always dependable Hosts - perfection at its best. Attention to details is amazing. We were a group of 10 who spent a weekend here in December 2022 and woudl come back again and again and again.

Amazing beautiful private villa. We have good time here. Well maintained same as picture. Food is tasty too. Pet friendly my pet had great time running around the huge property. Owner is super friendly and helpful. Will visit again.
