Landmark villa

Third Class - I'll Managed - Owner has audacity to post this property on Airbnb Was showing permanently closed on Google, while running this mouldy, smelling, unclean space. I bet you wouldn't want to see the kitchen photos. When asked for alternate property he had the guts to show us even dirtier property with and actually office in the hall and expected us to stay there. Please see the photos, posted by actual visitors. We wasted half a day just to get refunded.

Pool was way too unhygienic, suffering serious skin infection in private area. The villa timing slot was 1pm - 11am but the villa was locked and the caretaker was somewhere else. They handed us the villa at 3pm and still forced us to leave before 11am. Caretaker (GURUJI KAMBALE) complete irresponsible guy. Note:- DO NOT VISIT.

The photos on Google are misleading . The rooms and pool are extremely dirty .The pools have green algae at the bottom . There are dogs and litter everywhere . I didn't take pictures of the room but they were horrible. Everything is very dirty. Total clickbait

The pool was very dirty and the rooms also were very unhygienic All the people in the group suffered a serious skin infection in sensitive areas within half an hour of going into the pool Called the management no one intended to help or compensate for the inconvenience caused Also found a crab inside the pool No pest control nothing

The villa was beautiful and grand. It was same as shown in the photos and Vishal was really helpful throughout the booking process. He helped us a lot regarding all our doubts. Super affordable and clean. Just after the sun falls there are lot of insects in the area, so we had to close our windows and doors. Other than that it was a great stay. Thank you so much Vishal.

Disappointing experience. Extremely deceiving pictures. Starting with the location, the villa is located quite inside and away from lonavla main market and you will have to pay toll every time you want to enter Lonavla city. There is also no security so its risky for your vehicle as there is lot of construction going on around it. There are tons of mosquitoes in the villa and it’s difficult to sleep at night because of it. The villa is not well cleaned either. Swimming pool was not at all cleaned and many stray dogs were licking water off of it. The owner stopped receiving the calls when the entire payment was made upon reaching the villa. Only positive is kitchen was handy with utensils and fridge but you are only allowed to cook tea coffee is what the caretaker told us.

It was an amazing and memorable stay at Landmark villa. Its a perfect place to relax and chill with family and friends. It was our family trip kidz enjoyed a lot. Pool was quite large for family to fit in we were 14 ppl. There is no restriction at all. We use the pool whole night with music. Waiting for next vacation to visit landmark villa again.

Very pathetic experience there was no hygiene and pool was also very dirty which caused as severe skin infection and management did not even tried to solve the problem neither did the compensate
