Queens Villa

Terrible experience. I recently stayed at this so called "Villa", and i am absolutely disgusted by their service. First of all the geyser wasn't working in any of the rooms- in the middle of chilly weather. I reached out to the staff and the owner hoping that they could fix the issue, but it was of no help. This is not just disappointing, rather unacceptable. A basic amenity like hot water in this kind of weather should be the top most priority, especially when you're paying a hefty amount for a comfortable stay. Next they didn't even had enough room heaters for everyone, because of which my friends on the first floor were left *freezing* and the staff couldn't care less. The management doesn't regard their guest's comfort as their first priority, and it's evident they don't priortize customer satisfaction by not providing for good service. I wont be returning, and I strongly advise anybody who's considering staying here to look somewhere else. Save your hard earned money!!

The worst experience we had with our stay in this worst villa. They show high quality photos during booking but it is not managed in real life. Details mentioned below, 1) The rooms are very bad and very under maintained. 2) The worst part is the bathrooms which were smelling so bad that it was impossible to enter. 3) The staff is very disrespectful, they come inside your space and goes without your permission and affecting your privacy during the stay. 4) Water is also dirty coming from the tap. (As shown in photos). Kindly don’t waste your money in this villa.

We recently visited that property called queen's villa. The service were amazing and room and all property are well maintained and clean as shown in picture.One of the supportive person name prithviraj singh and their staff name narpat and kishan were too helpful and give their best in service. Highly recommend this property to explore.👍🏻

I visited this villa for one night, and it was worst experience! There were bad smell everywhere & they are totally lied to us about the 2 plung pools as there was only one pool and even that was dirty !

Stayed here for 2 days for friends get together It's an awesome villa in very serene location. View of surrounding mountains and lake is very good Very well maintained and felt as good as a 5 star property Special mention to Mr. Dinesh (Caretaker), he made stay blessed with attitude to serve and best food 😋 Highly recommended for family stay and friends get together 👍👍

Queens villa offers one the best private villa experience in Udaipur. The location of this villa is in deep in nature and have the best premises and staff. Mr prithvipal is a great host and was very helpful. You are looking for private villa and part place Queens villa by pacific hospitality has to be on your top most priority list in Udaipur.

Actually it stared with best and ends with awesome experience.!!🤘🏼🤘🏼 property is best of its own and specifically staff is really amazing and supportive and always happy to help kind🤘🏼. Location of the property is really amazing and the atmosphere is too peaceful like so soothing type.!!!! Really really recommended for your upcoming trip.!! Enjoy in advance 😎

One word for “queensville” heavenly and the cherry on top is its care taker Dinesh, this man welcomes you with the biggest smile and makes sure you have everything you need to make your stay a memorable one. Fantastic hospitality, great property, tasty homely food what else does one need.. keep it up people of the queen, we’ve gone home with some great memories thanks yo you guys..
