I wouldn't recommend this as a community to live in. 1. Some rules are unnecessary e.g. no pets on the lawn. The lawn is a free for all space, and as long as owners clean up and walk dogs on the leash, there is ZERO rationale for this. This is illegal. 2. Rules on noise. It is a bunch of houses in a given location. You cannot impose restrictions on others. You can make requests to a neighbor but not impose rules. 3. Pathetic infrastructure/ building quality is poor. 4. Very lax security. CCTV cameras don't work, security isn't the best.

My Akka had a villa there...I just gone to visit them..it is truly a amazing place it had lot of space...they have everything there like swimming pool,gym,event hall, badminton place,etc.....they building were gorgeous too... security was strong....and mainly they have a rich neighborhood..and it was located at a main place in ECR...

I live here and the property was handed over to us with so many flaws. Even thought they promised to clear each snag, it has been well over 5 months now and nothing has progressed. We have to literally call and beg them to clear the pending issues. The builders talk big but their action is negligible. Paid Rs 10,750 per sqft for a 6100 sqft villa. The civil workmanship is very poor and the house didn’t last 1 rain. There is dampness and seepage throughout the house. There is nothing prestigious about this property other than its name.

I live here and it's great but we're the only ones to move in. They are asking 1.7 crores for our 2 BHK 963 sqft. They may keep the banner ready for gruhapravesam but a lot of work has to be done and none of the amenities are finished and the park has been given to greater Chennai corporation

Good calm high-end Vilas. Nice layout. You have to shell out some crores to buy one. Good interior with spacious rooms and centralised air condition. Well maintained by Prestige people.

The worst construction quality seen in a building ever. Would not recommend anyone buy a house in Prestige. The response from the Prestige team is even worse. Most of the positive reviews are from property dealers.

Nice villa's and peaceful location.security services also good.one villa may cost rs 6 crore near and above valued.
