We had a lovely and comfortable stay! The place was clean, well-equipped for our babies, and had a beautiful view from the balcony. Rubal, the caretaker, was very welcoming and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend!

Arncliff is a beautiful villa with a great view and location. It is nicely made and feels lived in. The view is awesome. The location is very good. A steep 7 minutes walk from the mall road. Be ready to climb some slopes. The staff is very helpful, Rubal and Ram are very courteous and helpful. And Pankaj is always wanting to entertain you. And to make you play games. We enjoyed our stay here.

Parking is the main issue. Then climbing up the slope to reach Mall road is also not easy for senior citizens. The property is overpriced. You can get better options at same or even less rate.

Amazing experience with this place..Just a perfect destination for family and group ..staff is just awesome, very friendly and polite people they are..Pankaj is your perfect game partner, he takes care of every little need of you..Food , u just dont need to go anywhere for that..U will find everything according to your taste.. Delicious and hygienic. Vibes are so positive and just mesmerizing views ...loved this cosy, beautiful place A must visit in queen of hills😊😊

Good rooms but overall a bad experience primarily on account of bad location and no service/ help whatsoever. Its like you are left at a non-descript place at the mercy of the caretaker
