Had an awesome stay at this hotel with my family. The location was perfect, super easy to get around. Staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Overall, a chill and comfortable spot. I'd happily return and recommend it to others.

I liked this hotel very much. I liked the behavior of the hotel owner Mr. Chandra Bhan Singh. The view of the mountains from the room is amazing. I went to Kedarnath from Jaipur. I stayed there for 2 days. I liked it very much.

Rooms are very neat and clean. Hotel is situated at the good location Near parking area. That's why not issue of parking and you can easily get taxis bus and all. Staff have a good behaviour. Always use to respond quickly. If you are looking for hotel at a good price please book atonce.

Tucked in the serene beauty of the Himalayas, this hotel was the perfect stop on my journey to Kedarnath. I think this has got to be one of the most comfortable stays in and around Sonpraya! The host Atharva was more than warm and made sure we had a lovely stay. The rooms were neat and clean and the washrooms were kept well. Their restaurant also provides warm and cosy meals which were really tasty. The staff is super helpful and I would happily come back here again!

It was a one night stay during our visit to the Kedarnath temple. We booked a room on the spot as we reached Sitapur late and had to stay at Sitapur for the night, we had chosen this Atharva villa and were allotted room no. 101. The hotel is situated right in front of the Sitapur bus terminal having easy access to all kinds of vehicles for further travelling to any place which is really good for a traveller. About service, they were good, it is a lodge with a common dining area where a fixed menu is served though food tasted really good and served fresh both in dinner and next morning breakfast. About rooms, the one allotted to us was an average one with low maintenance. The attached bathroom with attached geyser was somewhat clean but not up to the mark. Linen was not very clean but we were so tired that even a shabby room was okay at that point of time. The common areas were better managed. They altogether have 28 rooms accommodating 2, 3 and 4 pax. A good stay option at the heart of Sitapur, recommended one for char dham yatris.

This villa is a wonderful stay for tourist. I have experienced it like a homely environment staff is well trained and very supportive. Ambience of the location is like heaven. Very comfortable stay I have been here for my trip.

Amazing hospitality, neat and clean rooms and food was also great. I recommend atharva villa you to stay if you are coming to kedarnath. Especially meet chandraban singh great guy!
