Urcove by Hyatt Shanghai Wujiaochang

I booked two nights in this relatively new hotel, which seems to fall under a fresh concept of the Hyatt group. The staff was nice and some of them could speak English as well. Although I arrived early on the day of check-in, a room was available for me. It was nicely designed and ok in size especially considering that you are in Asia. An nice room feature to mention is the japanese toilette. And everything was clean in the hotel facilities. But I have to complain about two things as well. First, the AC in the room was not doing the job it was supposed to be built for. The room temperature was way to high during my stay in there. And the second thing is something similar, because the fridge did not cool down as it should have done and therefore my drinks were completely warm, which also was not a nice experience. I can’t say anything about their food options as I preferred to eat in restaurants outwards. The speed of the wifi was ok.
