Mengguo Hotel Pudong Airport Plaza

Negative point:We booked this hotel because there are free shuttle to airport and disneyland. But at the end we are quite disappointed because the hotel apparently got airport pick up schedule (start from 4pm till 10pm) and airport drop off schedule (7am-11.40am) although before booking we had call several time to ask about the shuttle, but they don’t give complete explanation about this. Also the bus they provide already very old and the driver is very rude when answering our question. Other than that, when we want their shuttle service shanghai disneyland, the receptionist ordered a taxi for us for drop off then told us that we can call taxi whenever we want to go back to hotel, taxi fee can be reimburst at the reception desk, but you know what…i almost cannot redeemed the taxi fee, the reception told me that the former receptionist is a new comer that give a wrong explanation that we cannot hv shuttle service after we check out, so then after arguing, the receptionist paid my taxi fee.Positive point:Hotel is quite near Pudong airport, outside hotel they are several chinese restaurant and the closet for poop got remote control for bidet and flush.

缺点：我们预订这家酒店是因为有免费班车去机场和迪士尼乐园。但最后我们很失望，因为酒店显然有机场接机时间表（从下午 4 点开始到晚上 10 点）和机场送机时间表（上午 7 点至上午 11.40），尽管在预订之前我们已经多次打电话询问班车的情况，但是他们没有对此给出完整的解释。而且他们提供的巴士已经很旧了，司机在回答我们的问题时非常粗鲁。除此之外，当我们需要上海迪士尼乐园的班车服务时，接待员为我们叫了一辆出租车送我们下车，然后告诉我们，只要我们想回酒店就可以叫出租车，出租车费可以在前台报销，但是你知道吗……我差点就兑换不到出租车费了，前台告诉我，原来的接待员是新来的，给了我一个错误的解释，说我们退房后不能提供班车服务，所以经过争吵后，接待员付了我的钱。出租车费。优点：酒店离浦东机场很近，酒店外面有几家中餐馆，厕所的衣柜有遥控坐浴盆和冲水功能。

The location is good for those who want to stay near the pudong airport. The room is clean and the reception is nice. The drawback is the communication problem, but it is possible to communicate with the translator.

对于那些想住在浦东机场附近的人来说，位置很好。房间很干净，接待人员也很好。缺点是沟通问题，但与翻译人员沟通是可以的。

這家飯店很親切，我們那一天到了機場打電話給飯店請他們來接機 等了30分鐘左右就來了每小時的50分 是從飯店到機場每個小時的整點 就是從機場到飯店這家飯店服務很貼心呢！他們提供接送服務和Disney接送，周邊還有許多餐廳、水果店和超市，方便客人。

Nearby the hotel, there was a lots of places to eat and there was a convenience store so we find it helpfulSatisfied with the shuttle bus service. We slept well.

酒店附近有很多吃饭的地方，还有有一家便利店，所以我们觉得很有帮助，对班车服务很满意。我们睡得很好。

第一次住酒店咁差衞生，廁所板是污糟的，床單有條長頭髮，張被有污跡🤦🏻♀️成間房唔知幾耐冇清潔過，最後叫服務員入房將全部被、床單、帎頭套、全部換新的，及清潔廁所板。酒店唯一好處係機器人送外賣上門。

This hotel is near airport and I arrived at night and can't check the hotel well.Just quite but the carpet in the room has some red stain other thing is ok

The Hotel itself is perfect, if you want to stay only one night for an connection flight. It is far away from any Subway - BUT !!! - the staff is really helpful and if you do an announcement with them, they will send a bus or car to pick you up from closest subway station - in verry short time. At the subway station - you will not find any "official TAxi". The area itself is quite reliable to take some massage or nice food - close to the Hotel.Unfortunatelly was my "Breakfast" - without any coffee available an all other "normal" european food things. For the helpfull staff you should have some translation program on your smart phone - english talking is not really available. The Airport shuttle is perfect - and also the subway shutlle is really nice and in time.The

the room was clean.. bed as comfy..everything is suited to my liking..except heater.. it’s not fully warm.. even though set temp at 30’c still cold for someone from tropical country..
