Very bad servis from the front desk. Them are very bad in communication. I order the taxi them charge me 3 times to go to the aeroport . Them charge to us 355. 2.5 km. I have to claim in the police for h this situation. The room it was not very clean . And have very bad smell

It was a great experience the staff are easy to get along with there is a lot of great people that work there. They put up with me even though I couldn't speak the language 😆. It has a free shuttle ride to Disneyland and to the airport. It has a supermarket attached to it. There's also a coffee shop attached to it.

Incredible experience from start to finish. Amazing hotel located close to Pudong Airport and Disneyland. Room is very clean, spacious and cozy. Staff members were super friendly and helpful too! Breakfast was fresh and tasty with a variety of choices. They provide free shuttle buses to airport too.

I was staying in this hotel for three nights. Service was great and very friendly, so was the room - clean, spacious and cozy. There is a supermarket within the hotel which is very handy. It’s very close to Pudong International airport and Disneyland. I would stay there again when I am in Shanghai next time. Highly recommended!

Room and facilities are outstanding for the price. The staff were very friendly. Location is great and the free shuttle bus service can take you to the airport or the nearest metro station easily. There is a supermarket within the hotel which was quite handy. The breakfast buffet was pretty good🥰

Xin Jue or New Knight Royal Hotel in English is conveniently located in Pudong area close to the airport and Disneyland. Rooms are large and clean. Free basic breakfast, free airport shuttles, and free parking are offered for drive in customers. We have a room in fourth floor with extra bed. Service and check-in/check-outs are attentive and fast.

新爵皇家酒店位于浦东地区，靠近机场和迪士尼乐园，交通便利。房间又大又干净。酒店为开车前来的客人提供免费基本早餐、免费机场班车和免费停车场。我们的房间在四楼，可以加床。服务和办理入住/退房手续都很周到、快捷。

位置稍為偏遠的酒店, 要坐鐵再轉巴士才到,||附近基本上沒有食店及商場, 只有一家酒店的餐廳及小型超市,||不過房間很大及新淨, 亦有免費巴士前往迪士尼及浦東機場.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. We were impressed by the room and the service. Location is great- quite close to the airport and Disneyland. Will stay there again when we visit Shanghai next time.
