上海皇廷花园酒店

Lufthansa cancelled return flight to Frankfurt and brought us here. Really lovely, like a palace with a beautiful park. But also out nowhere. Not too far from the airport. Very clean, friendly staff. Food rather basic, simple. Spent most time in bed as plane departed 24hours later. Nice experience. Very calm & quiet.

汉莎航空取消了飞往法兰克福的返程航班并将我们带到这里。真的很可爱，就像一座宫殿和一个美丽的公园。但也无处可去。离机场不太远。非常干净，友好的工作人员。食物相当基本、简单。 24 小时后飞机起飞，大部分时间都在床上度过。很好的经历。非常平静和安静。

We spent one night at this lovely hotel. The grounds are beautiful, surrounded by gardens, water features, and traditional Chinese architecture. It’s truly an oasis in the big city. The room was spacious and very nice. Large bathtub! They also provided a baby crib for our son which was clean and comfortable. The manager, Tommy, was very helpful and nice. He said they would have a few rooms/buildings that accept dogs in a few months. So well for sure come back with our dog!My only complaint is the room was warm. The AC unit was on high fan and set to 23 but the temperature never got below 26. And the outside temperature was 19-21 degrees, so it shouldn’t be difficult to cool the room down.

我们在这家可爱的酒店住了一晚。场地很美丽，周围有花园、水景和中国传统建筑。它确实是大城市中的绿洲。房间很宽敞而且非常好。大浴缸！他们还为我们的儿子提供了婴儿床，干净舒适。经理汤米非常乐于助人而且友善。他说，几个月后他们将有一些房间/建筑物接受狗。所以肯定会带着我们的狗回来！我唯一的抱怨是房间很温暖。空调开得很高，温度调到了23度，但温度从来没有低于26度。外面的温度是19-21度，所以给房间降温应该不难。

位置離地鐵站近，雖然還要步行至大堂，有一段距離，但能欣賞花園景色。造景做的很棒，夜景也還不錯，雖然夜晚部分打光刺眼，但整體適合散步逛花園。房內設施很乾淨，燈光柔和，隔音好，沒有洗烘衣機。唯一不足的是，住過的皇廷相關飯店，皇廷的人員一直親切感都不足，以及專業訓練感受上不如其它五星評價飯店。

酒店建築非常特別，環境相當好。房間大，早餐豐富。出地鐵，過馬路行幾分鐘便到達。房內雪櫃的小食是免費的😀。若想浸浴，它們亦提供了一次性浴缸套和浴鹽，唯一不足之處是沒有USB充電插頭。打車到 outlet都只是二十多元，十分方便。

I stayed here for 2 nights thanks to my flight being delayed. This is a pretty nice hotel. The architecture is very beautiful and the gardens are nice also. The staff was friendly and accomdating for delayed airline passengers. ||The room was big, comfortable and the bathroom was huge too. The tv had several foreign channels to choose from which was cool. The dinner buffet was decent but I was unable to get the breakfast or lunch buffet. Lastly, it's close to the Line 2 MRT but far from the center. Also, there isn't much around outside the hotel grounds but overall, I would recommend this place for travellers who need to be close to Pudong airport.

由于航班延误，我在这里住了两晚。 这是一家相当不错的酒店。 建筑非常漂亮，花园也很漂亮。 工作人员对延误的航班乘客非常友好和乐于助人。 ||房间很大，很舒服，浴室也很大。 电视有几个外国频道可供选择，很酷。 自助晚餐很不错，但我无法享用早餐或自助午餐。 最后，它靠近地铁 2 号线，但远离市中心。 此外，酒店外没有太多东西，但总的来说，我会向需要靠近浦东机场的旅客推荐这个地方。

非常美麗又豪華的花園式酒店，雖然是在郊外它臨近上海迪士尼樂園，酒店設施非常棒，有全季恆溫遊泳池，gym，中西餐廳，酒廳等服務。因花園式酒店，實在太美，有中國式茶庭樓亭、山石小湖景色可惜太大會讓人迷路，希望能放地圖提示板給顧客。我會再回來住一次

週末帶家人來小住，辦理入住是在主樓牡丹樓，酒店前台服務周到，尤經理的服務也很熱情。整個都是中式風格、古色古香的~ 安排的房間也是同一棟。房間空間很大，佈局也不錯，窗外是玉蘭樹~天氣好在園子裡走走看看也是不錯的。早餐是在主樓邊上的另一棟，西餐廳。餐點中式居多。

Beautiful, relaxing Hotel. Spacious Rooms with nice ambiance. English speaking Front Office Staff and very helpful with Booking Taxis and guiding us to nearby Shopping Malls, Metro etc. It’s very convenient due its location, closer to Pudong Int Airport and next to the Metro Line2

美丽、令人放松的酒店。宽敞的客房，氛围良好。前台工作人员会说英语，非常乐于助人，帮我们预订出租车，并引导我们前往附近的购物中心、地铁等。由于其位置，非常方便，靠近浦东国际机场，靠近地铁 2 号线
