Dear Kathy,I am a guest of your's. I am very happy here. I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it. Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. 酒店附近沒有什麼特別設施，我是探親的，家人住在附近，所以沒有什麼問題，但是酒店很清潔乾淨，並給了我們每人免費早餐，也給我們延遲退房兩小時，服務態度很好. 他與其他酒店不同的是房間有足夠衣架，下次回上海浦東一定會再租住這間在酒店

The hotel is super new, rooms are very spacious, house keeping and cleaning is good, very respectable staff. Best part was self laundry for free. Really impressed by Fairfield by Mariotte. The breakfast is very expensive i wish there woould be a better option

辦人住電腦太會當機，等30分鐘，等到後面客人，快抓狂了，還有電梯品質不佳，我下樓時故障嚇到我，電梯內的電話和服務沒反應
