Enjoyed the breakfast very much. Especially the dumplings. The chef is friendly and readily wants to prepare something delicious for you. Staff at the reception is also ever willing to assist.|Housekeeping is good and friendly. I was lucky to meet housekeeper Jiang Chang Ji. (Hope I got her name right). She speaks English!! And was very helpful and gave me some information about Pudong. Keep my room neat and tidy. And very pleasant and polite too.|Would recommend anyone to stay here.

This hotel is the nicest hotel I stayed in on my recent trip to Asia. The rooms are lovely and clean and there's a nice feel to the hotel. ||||Arriving to Pudong and trying to get to the hotel was a bit difficult. We had tried contacting the hotel to get on the free shuttle bus about a week before we went but we had no luck getting through to someone who could speak English and my email was ignored. We went to the Taxi rank and Taxi refused to take us to the hotel. I had printed the name and address out in English and Chinese in advance so they knew exactly where I wanted to go. As they refused to take me I was directed to a shuttle bus. They charged 230RMB to take us to the hotel. ||||We checked in no problem. I was travelling with my mom and we had a large room with the two large beds. There was a TV with English movies on it. The Bathroom was lovely one we'd pulled the blind down. Toiletries were replenished daily and we got slippers. 2 bottles of water were provided daily.||||We were a bit shocked at the lack of English and didn't no where to go. We had heard bad reviews about the hotel food so we just bought an icecream and drink in the shop and had no dinner. ||||The next morning we had breakfast - there was lots of options available but mostly Chinese cuisine. The general manager was able to give us directions to the Metro station. And we booked the Disney shuttle and the bus to the airport. ||||Getting to the Metro station is quite easy and takes about 20 minutes to walk. You come out of the hotel and turn left, at the traffic lights cross the road to the right and cross again to the left (effectively you're going straight when you come turn left out of the hotel but this is a straight forward way). Keep walking striaght,. When you see the big silver Mickey Mouse head across the road turn right and the station is there. There's no English speaking at the station or English Map. I had taken a picture of the day pass and showed it to the girl at the ticket desk. I had also worked out online how to get to where I wanted to. ||||The shuttle bus to Disney was really handy. It left at 8am and took us on a 15 minute drive to Disney. Once we got there we had a bit of a walk as the park has blocked the route as it was so busy. It took us about an hour to get into the park from the time we left the bus as the walk and security lines were so long. The park is so busy I would think you'd need 3 days to cover the entire park. The bus collects you at 9pm. We left at the start of the fireworks at 8:30 to ensure we got back in time. If you don't have WECHAT it can be tricky t find the bus as you don't know which space it's parked in. The driver texts you on WE CHAT the space he's parked in. We had taken a picture of the bus and registration plate that morning and ran around the hundred or so buses looking for the right one. When we got on we didn't have the text to show the driver so I showed him my hotel key. ||We took the hotel shuttle back to the airport and they left us at departures at our terminal. I had read in advance that you're not allowed bring food or drink into the park however, this isn't the case. It's 10RMB for a water and 20RMB for a fizzy drink at the park. It's only 5 RMB in the hotel shop for a fizzy drink so stock up before you go!||||Overall I recommend this hotel but would recommend having the key things you need wrote out in Chinese in advance.

I normally stay at this hotel when in the area for business. It is nice and clean with a good breakfast buffet. Negatives-Although the breakfast food is good, the food the rest of the day is hardly edible. They try to have “American” menu but fail miserably. It isn’t even a good variety of food. I have gone to bed without dinner a couple nights because Id rather wait for the buffet in the morning. Also, the spa is not open even though it is advertised. You take the elevator downstairs to find a construction zone. The room is clean and comfortable and the hotel pretty quiet with a nice staff that speaks some English, so I would stay here again just hope some improvements are made !

Staff: Friendly and responsive front desk staff. The on duty managers speak English well but the other front desk staff can speak a little. ||||Hotel: Clean and nice hotel. I enjoyed the rooms. Bathrooms are nice. Views are meh but that's because of the location. There is a decent gym as well in the basement. The breakfast buffet was top notch.||||Location: There is not much to do around the area. A cab ride into Shanghai city is about 45ish minutes. Cab ride to the airport is also about 40ish minutes.||||Summary: If you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city itself, this is a great hotel. There are shuttles to the airport from the hotel and shuttles to Disney so that's a plus.

Staff were plesent but hamstrung by working with a physically poor hotel. This hotel is very tired. Several power sockets do not work, AC does not work, Shower water is cold. I had them move to another room and it was the same. This Hotel is one to avoid it appears to be a franchise and Ramada need to step in and sort this hotel out . Its rating at 4 star is a joke I have stayed in many better hotel 3star in China internation and domestic in both Shanghai and many other cities. My advise is to avoid this hotel unless desperate and willing to ruff it and pay to much.

Terrible experience. The staff doesn't speak English, except one gentleman at the reception desk. We arrived at 10.30 pm, and were exhausted. They couldn't find our reservation from c.trip and offered us a lower class room, so we had to clarify that to them, using a Google.translate app. The room they gave us was ok, but there were holes on a blanket cover, so we asked them to change the room. The next room they gave us didn't have cold water in a tap. It was impossible to use bathroom. After we called the reception, some plumbers came to our room, walked in wearing their dirty shoes, destroyed the room's hygiene, spoke to each other in Chinese and left. No one solved the problem. All in all, after two hours of waiting we decided to leave and go to another hotel. This is definitely not a Ramada service level.

這家國際連鎖旅館，位在上海浦東新區川沙唐鎮一帶，距離迪士尼約10公里。所處位置有點前不著村後不著店，十分鐘步行距離內沒有餐廳及便利商店超市，離地鐵站有一段距離，到上海市區觀光景點搭計程車也要30~40分鐘以上的車程。若要吃東西，只能靠旅館餐廳或是附設的迷你便利商店，不然就得自其他地方順道帶食物回旅館吃。客房比市區同等級旅館大，設備齊全且乾淨，其中樓中樓房(Loft room)可供四人住宿，相當適合前往上海迪士尼渡假的家庭在此停留。離浦東機場約20公里，大約25分鐘車程，一天僅提供三班自旅館至機場的免費接駁車，且第一班是11:45發車。對要搭早班機者，可以挑選離機場更近免費接駁班車更頻繁的旅館。

Stayed Four nights during early April and we really enjoyed the stay. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Rooms were well equipped with all necessary things. ||But front office was not that friendly and needs a bit of training to be courteous to the guest. Not at all flexible and helpful, maybe the man power was not enough and they are stressed out.||At the time of check out they made a unnecessary fuss saying that a pillow in one of rooms were polluted and wanted 30 Yuan as damage. So there was some argument and our team had a very negative perception about the hotel.
