Well deserved five stars, first of all, hotel staff rocks!!!! They are impressively helpful, polite, professional, and even though the english is not always as good as we can understand each other but the effort they put to make sure your needs and comfort are guaranteed is unbelievable, also they came to drop my laundry and found a do not disturb light in, they didn't hang my shirt in the door and leave it, they just left me a clear note under my door! Prices in the hotel for food and beverages are absolutely reasonable, especially shanghai is an expensive city, the hotel and rooms itself are something beyond luxury and worth the price, locatin also is really convenient ... It's definitely one of my best places to stay all over the world!!

当之无愧的五星级，首先，酒店工作人员棒极了！！！！他们非常乐于助人、礼貌、专业，尽管英语并不总是那么好，但他们为确保您的需求和舒适度得到保证而付出的努力令人难以置信，他们还来帮我送洗衣服和发现了请勿打扰灯，他们没有把我的衬衫挂在门上然后留下，他们只是在门下给我留了一张清晰的纸条！酒店的食品和饮料价格绝对合理，尤其是上海是一个物价昂贵的城市，酒店和房间本身就超豪华，物有所值，位置也很方便......这绝对是我最好的住宿地点之一世界各地的！！

I have traveled many times to Shanghai but have stayed in the Crowne Plaza Pudong Hotel for the first time. Comparing to the other hotels I've stayed at before, I was very delighted with this hotel. All staff I encountered were very friendly and communicated effectively each time I had a query, they spoke clearly and with a smile. I ordered in-room dining twice, and was happy on both times. From the order taker on the phone to the room service attendant, they were all efficient in providing service. The food were delicious and perfectly prepared by the chefs. The room was spotless and very comfortable, I slept so well and woke up energized and well rested. The gym is very spacious and well-equiped. The gym receptionist greeted me with positive energy and a smile and she made me feel welcomed. All receptionists from check in to check out were all friendly and helpful. Since I only was able to give my IHG rewards membership upon checkout, I was still thanked by the receptionist and he made me feel valued. I am very glad my company has decided to accommodate me in this hotel, I look forward to returning and would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting shanghai and pudong area.

My experience of 3 weeks stay was a good one. It is absolutely nice to meet the staffs with politeness, lots of smiles, and good services. The experience starts from arriving at the front desk of my check-in to daily breakfast and finally until to the checked-out. The room cleanliness was good, towels were clean, toiletries were sufficient, nothing more I could asked for. Was greeted with sincere smiles while entering the restaurant for breakfast every morning. Served with politeness of staffs that made comfortable.

我三周的住宿经历是一次很好的经历。很高兴见到有礼貌、笑容满面、服务周到的员工。体验是从到达前台办理入住开始，到每日早餐，最后直到退房。 房间清洁度很好，毛巾很干净，洗漱用品很充足，没有什么可以要求的了。 每天早上进入餐厅吃早餐时都会受到真诚的微笑欢迎。工作人员很有礼貌，让人感觉很舒服。

While my room was a bit dated and could use some fresh paint and new carpet, the room was sparkling clean and very comfortable. Staff was nearly perfect and the food at and from the Windows Restaurant was much better than I had expected. Staff at Windows was especially nice. Concierge staff was truly excellent. Location, given the free shuttle into town or a $15 cab fare, was just fine. My business was in the Free Trade Zone so that was very convenient. I will very likely stay here again.

I stayed for the second time at this hotel and I was once again very impressed by the attentive ness of staff. A big thank you to the reception team and to the Lounge Team. The hotel provided me with a great feeling in which I could relax and enjoy the facilities of the hotel. The bar next to the lobby is amazing. The billiard table is useable without a charge and the live band plays excellent music. Rooms are very spacious and clean, a little bit outdated but still very acceptable. Bathrooms are well maintained. I can recommend this hotel and looking forward to my next trip.

The hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious and were well maintained by the friendly cleaners. Overall, all of the staff were fantastic, with excellent English speaking, a friendly face and a willingness to help at all times. Breakfast was great and the gym was more than sufficient for my needs. The hotel bar had a lovely ambience with a great live band and friendly staff. Yuki and Aimee were excellent hosts, catering for my needs and supplying a friendly face and chat. Also, Cindy was fantastic and a really good host. She was interacting with all of the customers, checking that all was okay and spent time chatting with the customers checking that we were all okay. I for one wish I had visited the bar prior to my last night as I really enjoyed the evening. I will definitely be coming back to stay at your hotel, keep up the great work.

I was greeted by the reception in a friendly manner, regardless of my late mid-night arrival. The girls, Tanny and Lily if I remember correctly, in the executive lounge are super nice and helpful. The washroom is a bit tiny but acceptably clean. The gym and swimming pool were close for maintenance that's a bit disappointing. Overall this is a nice hotel that worth coming back again.

尽管我是在深夜抵达的，但接待处还是以友好的方式迎接了我。如果我没记错的话，行政酒廊里的女孩 Tanny 和 Lily 都非常友善且乐于助人。 洗手间有点小，但还算干净。健身房和游泳池因维护而关闭，这有点令人失望。总的来说，这是一家不错的酒店，值得再次回来。

五一假期前入住，酒店性价比很高，前台服务热情，还给了免费升房。虽然酒店开业已经有些年头，但客房设施维护的还是比较不错，客房内部空间宽敞、设备齐全，房间隔音效果好，床品舒适。周边配套设施完善，虽然离市中心有一定距离，但商场、餐饮、地铁都不缺少。不过由于开业年份的缘故，酒店设计有些过时，部分设施也有一点小瑕疵，虽然不影响正常的使用和入住，但仍然有一定的改善空间。
