Hotel wasn't great. Rooms are OK, small and more expensive than other hotels I have stayed at in the area for equivalent if not better rooms and locations. The location is mediocre but within walking distance of restaurants. Had a flight canceled so had to extend my stay by a day, was only supposed to be a one night stay. Individual running the front desk took advantage of the situation and kept raising the price of the room to ridiculous levels. Nothing special with the room so not worth the cost increase. Raised it 400rmb above what I was originally charged. Another coworker showed up the same day and was charged the much lower rate for a similar room. This was very terrible behavior. I will definitely not stay at this hotel again and neither will any of my coworkers.

酒店不太好。房间还可以，很小，而且比我在该地区住过的其他酒店更贵，即使不是更好的房间和位置。位置一般，但步行即可到达餐厅。由于航班取消，所以不得不将我的住宿时间延长一天，本来应该只住一晚。前台的个人利用了这种情况，不断将房间的价格提高到荒谬的水平。房间没什么特别的，所以不值得增加费用。比我原来的收费提高了 400 元。另一位同事当天也出现了，并被收取了类似房间低得多的费用。这是非常可怕的行为。我绝对不会再住在这家酒店，我的同事也不会。

First of all, staff was very friendly and I speak mandarin so language is not a problem. However I do have friends who only speak English and has some troubles communicating with them. Second, restaurant is good, breakfast is buffet style with both Chinese food and western style bakery and cereal. Room is spacious, decoration is modern and new, but, a huge BUT, there is STRONG SMELL OF SMOKE inside. I hate it but I only spent a night there so I let it go this time, also I’m too tired to bother.

首先，工作人员非常友好，我会说普通话，所以语言不是问题。然而，我确实有一些只会说英语的朋友，与他们交流时遇到一些困难。其次，餐厅很好，早餐是自助餐，有中餐，也有西式面包和麦片。房间很宽敞，装饰现代又新，但是，很大，但是里面有很浓的烟味。我讨厌它，但我只在那里住了一晚，所以这次我就放弃了，而且我太累了，懒得打扰。

Everything looks nice, but the bathtub had no hot water, that air conditioning didn't work and the crib for our baby had no mattress. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, but it's not even close. Only thing good was the staff. Everything else sucked.

一切看起来都不错，但浴缸没有热水，空调不起作用，我们婴儿的婴儿床也没有床垫。这应该是一家五星级酒店，但它还远远不够。唯一好的就是工作人员。其他一切都很糟糕。

Hotel was just fine. Airport shuttle service is convenient on every hour. But there is nothing to do near the area. No Restaurant, No CVS, No massage. Indeed there is Spa on B1 in the hotel but it was the worst massage shop in China for me and too expensive in addition 15% was added as service charge. Crazy!!!

酒店很好。每小时一班的机场班车服务十分便利。但该地区附近没有什么可做的。没有餐厅，没有 CVS，没有按摩。 酒店B1层确实有水疗中心，但对我来说这是中国最差的按摩店，而且太贵了，而且还要加收15%的服务费。疯狂的！！！

Best hotel ever. No doubt. The location is great, right outside are street vendors, stores and food. The decorations for the hotel are beautiful, but the best part was the actual hotel. The rooms are sooooo nice, the rooms are huge and the bathroom is so luxurious. The bath even has a pillow and a TV. The breakfast had an amazing assortment of food and the staff is very kind. Overall experience 10/10

If you are a foreigner and don't speak any mandarin this is not your hotel the staff has a really poor English or none. The cigarette smell in the rooms is pretty strong cause there are still some Chinese that do not care about the non smoking regulation at the hotel. If you are planning to bring your kids to Disney this is also no your hotel.

如果你是外国人并且不会说普通话，那么这不是你住的酒店，工作人员的英语非常差，或者根本不会。房间里的烟味很浓，因为还有一些中国人不关心酒店的禁烟规定。如果您打算带孩子去迪士尼，这也不适合您的酒店。

This is a **very nice** hotel and we had a really classy room. Breakfast was included and was very good! (November 2018) But the only way to access wifi is to provide a China telephone number. Well, we are Canadian, so that meant NO W-IFI. Frankly, this was common in China; Wi-Fi either did not work at all in most hotels, OR it only worked if a staff member set it up for us, using their local phone number. e.g. we also could not get wifi to work at the Metropole in Suzhou or the Grand Park in Wuxi with either an android phone or an ipad. I now wonder if Wifi is only for citizens of China.

Was a Five star hotel at beginning, now probably is 4 and 1/2., but very nice environmental, and service is good people are very friendly. Rooms are in very good shape!!!!! Close enough from Disney!!!

一开始是五星级酒店，现在大概是4和1/2了。但是环境很好，服务也很好，人们很友好。房间状况非常好！！！！离迪士尼很近！！！
