This is my second time in this hotel with my wife, very nice to be back there. The receptionists are very attentive. I thank everyone there for their attention. Great location. Easy check-in effort with friendly staff. Room was clean and well-maintained.The experience at this establishment surpassed all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with an amazing a**osphere and warm hospitality. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our every need was met. The service was top-notch, with every detail carefully attended to. The food was simply outstanding, with each dish bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. Every bite was a delight to the senses! The professionalism displayed by the entire team was commendable, making our visit truly enjoyable. Without a doubt, we will be returning again and again, and we can't wait to bring the rest of our family along to share in the experience. This place has earned our highest recommendation, and we can't wait to come back for more unforgettable moments.

Positive: Floor to ceiling glass window with a city view. Location next to a shopping mall with a supermarket and many food options. Negative: The hallway had a stale smoke odor. QUBE, if you are looking, don?t let the smoke odor ruin an otherwise perfect hotel!

Stayed here for an evening on our transit back to the UK and was a little disappointed by the hotel as visually, it looks great from the outside.||We had to request a move from one of the rooms allocated to our party as it had an overwhelming cigarette smoke smell within which was surprising considering the hotel was no smoking.||The rooms just didn’t match the overall look of the hotel. Yes, the space was lovely but it was just very tired with signs of wear everywhere. The bathroom in the room also had a large window next to it with a blind for privacy but this had mould all over it as it formed part of the wall if you were having a shower.||Staffing was ok, the level of customer service wasn’t great but was adequate for our stay.||The website also says they offer a free transit to and from Pudong International Airport but this wasn’t the case when we arrived.||Also, the windows needed a good clean as they were completely covered in dust.||Not the worst I’ve stayed in by a long way but just needs some improvement across the board.

During my stay at the Quebec Hotel Pudong Shanghai, I was impressed by the spacious and well-appointed rooms. The ambiance and comfort of the room made my stay extremely relaxing. The breakfast, while satisfactory, offered a decent selection to start the day. Moreover, the convenience of having a Starbucks adjacent to the hotel lobby was a delightful perk, making it easy to grab a quality cup of coffee. Overall, the hotel's focus on space and the added benefit of a nearby Starbucks made for a pleasant stay.
