Booked the hotel for 2 nights and I must say I enjoyed my stay. One thing I loved about the hotel, apart from the proximity to the airport, was the warm reception. The receptionist were friendly and helpful. I was attended to by receptionist 05 and 11 and honestly I was wowed. It’s nice to feel welcome in a strange land 😊. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice and they provided free bottle water ( you can always ask for more )

Hotel was very clean and well standard hotel. Staff is very friendly and understand visitors requirements. Front desk is superb and help for the requirements beyond the expectations. I stayed 2 nights and it was a great place for everyone. Shuttle service is superb to visit Disney and airport pick up /drops. Had so much of fun and Can give five stars

The hotel provides free shuttle bus service to and fro Pudong Airport and it's just 10-15mins ride. There is alao a restaurant and convenient store just beside the hotel. The room is spacious and clean. Basic in-room items are all available but the shampoo and shower gel are 2-in-1 and its dispenser dispense a little at a time so it's effortful to bathe.

酒店提供往返浦东机场的免费班车服务，车程仅需10-15分钟。酒店旁边有一家alao 餐厅和便利店。房间宽敞干净。房间里的基本物品都有，但洗发水和沐浴露是二合一的，而且分配器每次只分配一点，所以洗澡很费力。

有完善的接機服務（每天最早的接機班車是下午四點，然後每個小時都有一班車，主要上車地點在T1，T2三層出發）。隔天我們搭早上六點多的班機，一早四點就來飯店接我們到機場。雖然來不及吃早餐，但是接送機的服務真的很棒，櫃檯小姐姐也很熱心，我們有任何問題都可以請他們幫忙。後來在機場發現我的充電器忘了拿，櫃檯小姐姐馬上去幫我查房，跟我確認找到了。真的是太棒棒了。

The location is excellent for catching early morning flight but otherwise too far from the city center. The front desk staff were friendly. My room was quite clean and spacious. However, there was some noises in the middle of the night, from outside the room. I was woken up a couple of times.

A decent enough hotel around 10 minute's drive from the airport. We had trouble contacting the free shuttle bus driver (no Chinese SIM card), but found it waiting at the departure point (Right outside Gate 23 in Terminal 2 on the 3rd (Departures) floor. It leaves exactly on the hour.The rooms were clean enough, had all the amenities we needed for an overnight stay, super hot shower, warm room etc.Breakfast was okay, probably worth the add on fee. But it is all Chinese style - dumplings, rice, noodles etc, which thankfully we both like.Reception staff speak English well enough, but not so much the other workers.There's not much in the neighborhood - a restaurant next door and a shop next to that. So it really is just a stopover hotel, not great if you plan to explore Shanghai for example.But I would definitely stay here again if ever we found ourselves needing a transit hotel for PVG airport.

Free shuttle bus 24 hours, every hour got the free shuttle bus to pick us up from Pudong airport and to Pudong airport. You can call the hotel to arrange for the bus driver. The hotel staff will give you the driver's number. The phone number for the bus driver is 189 0192 3123. I just called on 26/3/2024. They will stop at 3.00 am at Gate 23.Terminal 2. The breakfast is buffet in Chinese. The food is not bad. Every day got a free shuttle bus to Disney Land in the morning, then would pick us back up at night. This hotel is also very close to Florentia Village, a Premium Outlet store. It is huge. But you have to use a taxi to come here. From Florentia village, get a free shuttle bus to the nearby metro called Yuandong Avenue Station, from there you can go to Shanghai town center, using Metro Line 2.

I just stay one night because my flight arrived to late at night, and the next flight was next day. The taxi driver not finding the hotel. In my booking the picture is very different and change the logo colors. But the reception was very good.
