朋友介紹過來的，性價比挺高！第一晚訂了親子房，前台的姐姐們都很熱情，女兒說姐姐都很漂亮，的確就很親和的感覺，一步步講解和預訂班車去迪士尼的流程！進入房間小朋友也很開心，很滿意！環境很乾淨，基本的配套都齊全！桌面有點小餅乾和兩個香梨！早上的早餐有粉餛飩有包有炒菜有水果！續住換了大床房，是靠路邊就會有點車聲！其他都很好！如果再房間能再加個全身鏡，對我們臭美的人就更完美了

Stayed here for just 1 night before leaving for the airport, and for the price per night ($60), this hotel blew us away. Their service was honestly better than the 5 star hotels we stayed at throughout our week here (Intercontinental Hangzhou + Pullman Zhouzhuang). When our Didi dropped us off a bit further down the street, 2 greeters AUTOMATICALLY walked all the way out to help with our bags. They brought us complimentary waters as we checked in, and helped carry our 3 suitcases all the way to our room. No other hotel on our trip ever offered this level of courtesy and service.||The room is pretty standard: 2 beds with a small bathroom. But we were surprised by the complimentary fruit basket already in the room when we arrived.||They also offer a perk I’ve never seen elsewhere: free laundry services. We gave our dirty laundry to an employee and they came back washed and dried the next morning (socks and be underwear excluded). I dont know if this is standard for all China hotels, but it saved us from a trip to the laundromat.||The breakfast spread was pretty decent as well, but they ran out of fruits by 9am and never refilled them. No big deal for us.||Tl;dr the level of service far exceeds the small cost of the room. I’d be happy to come back again.

出发去机场之前在这里住了一晚，每晚的价格（60 美元），这家酒店让我们大吃一惊。老实说，他们的服务比我们一周住的五星级酒店（杭州洲际酒店 + 水月周庄铂尔曼酒店）还要好。当我们的滴滴车让我们在街上稍远一点的地方下车时，两名迎宾员自动走到外面帮我们拿行李。当我们登记入住时，他们给我们送来了免费的水，并帮我们把 3 个行李箱一直送到我们的房间。在我们的旅行中，没有其他酒店提供过这种水平的礼貌和服务。||房间非常标准：两张床和一个小浴室。但当我们到达时，我们对房间里已经有的免费水果篮感到惊讶。||他们还提供我在其他地方从未见过的福利：免费洗衣服务。我们把脏衣服交给了一名员工，第二天早上他们回来清洗并烘干（袜子和内衣除外）。我不知道这是否是所有中国酒店的标准，但它让我们免去了去自助洗衣店的麻烦。||早餐也很不错，但到了上午 9 点，水果就没有了，而且再也没有补充。对我们来说没什么大不了的。||Tl;dr 服务水平远远超过了房间的小成本。我很高兴再次回来。

工作人員很親切，知道我們訂的是三個晚上的家庭房，幫我們升級到小熊維尼房，工作人員幫忙將行李帶到房間，這是我們沒有想到的。到房間後還仔細介紹他們的服務，房間10分乾淨，已經預備好小朋友的一次性拖鞋和洗梳用品。最特別是居然有免費的洗衣服務，我們去了兩天迪士尼（第一天還有下雨回來時把衣服放到男子內，回到酒店時乾淨的衣服已經洗好放好在門外的👜籃子內）。身為一個媽媽聽到這喜訊，這是代表回家後可以少洗一家人兩天的髒衣服❣️酒店有早上三班和晚上兩班的迪士尼接駁車，車上有職員提醒的時候，例如接送時間地方等最特別的是推介一個導遊服務和童車服務，這讓我真的很省力氣晚上回來後已經筋疲力盡，大堂還有準備每天不同的糖水（ 第一和第三眼準備的是雪耳糖水，第二晚是紅豆沙）早餐也不錯，餐廳有兒童餐具，食品也不會很油膩

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to a family room. There is a shuttle bus to Disneyland and nearest train station. Before we leave the hotel, they gave us a goodies bag with some snacks and location. The hotel is very convenient. There is a mall nearby with walking distance. Will consider staying here if I go to Disneyland with my family.

工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。他们给我们升级到了家庭房。有班车前往迪士尼乐园和最近的火车站。在我们离开酒店之前，他们给了我们一个礼品袋，里面有一些零食和位置。酒店很方便。附近有一个购物中心，步行即可到达。如果和家人去迪士尼乐园的话会考虑住在这里。

已經是第2次去迪士尼，一樣選擇入住麥新格，住了兩晚，服務到位，早餐也非常豐盛。乘坐酒店免費巴士早上7:20出發去迪士尼，車程約15-20分鐘，晚上看完煙火坐22:20車回去，車上還準備了餅干和礦泉水給大家，回到酒店還有銀耳甜湯。第二日早上離開時酒店還會載送到周浦地鐵站，還有一小袋紀念品，CP值很高。員工一見你入門就會過來幫你提行李和倒茶，禮貌很好。

The service was excellent . The attitude of the workers , from receptionists , drivers to the cleaning aunties were good, they were very helpful, polite, and was willing to go an extra mile to help to provide comfort and convenience to us and made our stay very pleasant.They provide free transport to the metro station nearby before 5pm. One of the morning ,the hotel driver who usually drive us to the station was out sending customers to the Disneyland, and my children were tired from walking so we were planning to take a taxi from the hotel to the metro station nearby, the reception workers were willing to call one of their workers to drive us to the nearby metro station. I really appreciate that. They really try their best to help.The room was cleaned and tidied up everyday . It was properly done. Toiletaries were also provided.There were complimentary mineral water , fruit and biscuits everyday. Plus warm soup dessert at night delivered to our rooms. They also gave my children small gifts when we check out from the hotel.They have a small children playing facility . Suitable for children probably below 8 to enjoy . There was no swimming pool nor sea view room, but we weren't expecting that anyway. The room were spacious and comfortable, with flat screen TV. The breakfast provided was a good varieties.Even though this was not a 5 star hotel, but the service was 5 star.And the price we paid was very much within our budget.They provide free transport to and from Disney land at set timings. So we did not need to worry about transport during our trip to Disneyland. They also arrange for tour guides and taxis if needed.Overall our stay in this hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable.The air conditional worked well and we were kept warm inside the compound despite the cold weather outside. There were many small Chinese restaurants within walking distance . So it was easy to find food nearby . There was a large shopping mall within walking distance.

服务很好 。工作人员的态度，从接待员、司机到清洁阿姨都很好，她们非常乐于助人，有礼貌，愿意加倍努力，为我们提供舒适和便利，让我们住得很愉快。下午 5 点前免费接送到附近的地铁站。一天早上，平时开车送我们去车站的酒店司机出去送客人去迪士尼乐园，我的孩子走累了，所以我们打算从酒店打车到附近的地铁站，接待人员我们愿意打电话给他们的一名工作人员开车送我们去附近的地铁站。我真的很感激。他们真的尽力提供帮助。房间每天都打扫和整理。做得很好。洗漱用品也有提供，每天有免费的矿泉水、水果、饼干。晚上还有热汤甜点送到我们的房间。 当我们从酒店退房时，他们还送给我的孩子们小礼物。他们有一个小型儿童游乐设施。适合8岁以下的孩子享受。没有游泳池，也没有海景房，但无论如何我们都没有想到这一点。房间宽敞舒适，配有平面电视。提供的早餐种类很多。虽然这不是五星级酒店，但服务是五星级的。而且我们支付的价格在我们的预算之内。他们在规定的时间提供往返迪士尼乐园的免费交通。所以我们去迪士尼乐园的时候不用担心交通问题。如果需要的话，他们还会安排导游和出租车。总的来说，我们在这家酒店的住宿非常愉快和愉快。空调运转良好，尽管外面天气寒冷，但我们在酒店内保持温暖。步行范围内有很多小中餐馆。所以附近找吃的很方便。步行即可到达一个大型购物中心。

The hotel is about 10 mins walk from Zhou Pu metro station where right outside exit 1 is the Wan Da shopping area. The guest service is good where all the staff are friendly and nice. They provided us with a timely response and smooth check-ins. The room is cozy and spacious. However we got a room at the very end thus it is near to the emergency exit and staircase so there's people smoking. (Me and my friend hated the smoking smell) . The room is also not very sound proof as I can hear the traffic outside the window as well as the conversation from the guest room next door.Nothing much to say about the free breakfast as we went in late and only tried once. The Chinese breakfast was quite decent.I'm so grateful for the free laundry service where I can get back my clothes at night. I tried my luck by asking them to wash my clothes before I checked out and they helped me to do so, that was so nice of them.I will definitely recommend my friends to stay here.

酒店距离周浦地铁站步行约10分钟，1号出口即是万达购物区。宾客服务很好，所有员工都很友好而且友善。他们为我们提供了及时的回复和顺利的入住。房间舒适宽敞。然而我们的房间在最后，因此它靠近紧急出口和楼梯，所以有人吸烟。 （我和我的朋友讨厌烟味）。房间的隔音效果也不是很好，因为我可以听到窗外的交通声以及隔壁客房的谈话声。关于免费早餐没什么可说的，因为我们去得很晚，只尝试了一次。中式早餐还不错。很感谢酒店提供免费洗衣服务，晚上可以取回衣服。我碰了碰运气，在退房前要求他们洗衣服，他们帮我洗了衣服，他们真是太好了。我一定会推荐我的朋友住在这里。

Great location, Good breakfast, good service mind.We are impressed for round trip transportation to disney. When I checked out, hotels take us to train stations.Nice rooms. We really recommend this hotel.

地理位置优越，早餐很好，服务态度很好。去迪士尼的往返交通给我们留下了深刻的印象。当我退房时，酒店带我们去火车站。房间不错。我们真的推荐这家酒店。
