Great Experience Very big and Luxurious Room.. the washroom is very big and very nice. The rooms are very neat and clean. The hotel is very close to the airport and railway station. This airport is the domestic airport and not the Podong airport. they have all day dining breakfast very vast with a lot of variety there are malls around the places but all are expensive with big brands overall great luxurious experience

This is a nice hotel and in a great location. It is within walking distance to the Metro, High Speed Train, airport, and a large shopping center. The room is huge, but the view was blocked off by other buildings. There is a large selection for breakfast and were all good. It was impossible to try everything. Looking forward to visiting again.

This place is amazing. Very warm welcome. There was a welcome drink and happy hour at the lounge for members. Room was amazing. Shower was impeccable. Fell so rested sleeping here.

續住第二天，房間打掃很乾淨，該補的用品一樣沒少，早餐一樣美味總類繁多有地方特色，還提供氣泡水和依雲礦泉水任喝太大方了，我們決定旅行回上海搭機回家的前一天還要再來住一次，雖然我們是在浦東機場搭機，我們都覺得金臣皇冠假日酒店很👍。

給父母五一訂的房間 提前備註了兩位老人入住 安排得房間不錯 已經入住過很多次 對餐飲服務都很滿意 地理位置也絕佳

Pros: comfortable, clean and quiet rooms, good enough selection of food for breakfast buffet, convenient location close to Hongqiao Railway Station and airport and Hongqiao Hub.Cons: painfully slow check-in service at the front desk each time, personnel at the front desk barely speak English, can never find a reservation in their system. Every time out of three staff members at the front desk only one is trained enough to work independently, others just standing around.

优点：房间舒适、干净、安静，自助早餐的选择足够多，位置便利，靠近虹桥火车站、机场和虹桥枢纽。缺点：前台每次办理入住服务速度慢得令人痛苦，前台工作人员前台几乎不会说英语，在他们的系统中永远找不到预订。每次前台的三名工作人员中，只有一名接受过足够的培训，可以独立工作，其他人只是站在那里。

Hotel location is excellent. It is well connected to the malls beside the hotel and the Hong Qiao HSR station. Breakfast is superb with many choices of local delicacies.

酒店位置优越。与酒店旁边的购物中心和虹桥高铁站相连。早餐很棒，有很多当地美食可供选择。
