上海西郊假日酒店

Attended a conference here and stayed 3 nights. Most of the other delegates had wisely chosen to stay in the city centre. The rooms here are spacious and clean. The restaurant is very poor. Three evenings I was the only guest with a limited choice laminated menu. The advertised ground floor pub is non-existent. The neighbourhood is very 'local' with nothing much to offer.

During labor holiday, I stayed this hotel for 3days. The most impressive thing of this hotel is enough space room. So our family had a good rest in this hotel. The breakfast doesn’t have various food but taste is delicious. When I checked in, the front staff Maggie speak English well so there was no other uncomfortable thing at all. Maggie was so kind and I hope special thanks to her.

劳动节期间，我在这家酒店住了3天。这家酒店最让人印象深刻的是房间空间足够。于是我们一家人就在这家酒店好好的休息了。早餐品种不多，但味道还不错。当我办理入住时，前台工作人员Maggie英语说得很好，所以没有任何其他不舒服的事情。玛吉非常友善，我希望特别感谢她。

This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever lived in. When I walked in back to my hotel with my friends, there was a whole oyster knife on top of our table, and it was just placed there. We later found out that the oyster knife was used to repair a bed. These incidents are really scary and we thought it was a death threat. The painting of four cats on the wall is also very creepy. The location of this hotel is very far away from the city. You need to take two hours of a bus ride to reach the Nanjing Road. The service of the hotel is also really poor. When we found the knife, two staff members were assigned to confirm if the knife was Holiday Inn’s. The two staff said it werent theirs, but the staff downstairs said it was theirs and used it to fix a bed? Do not ever go to this hotel if you want a good stay in shanghai.

这家酒店是我住过的最差的酒店。 当我和朋友一起走回酒店的时候，我们的桌子上有一整把牡蛎刀，而且它就放在那里。后来我们才知道，这把牡蛎刀是用来修床的。这些事件真的很可怕，我们认为这是死亡威胁。墙上的四只猫的画也很令人毛骨悚然。这家酒店的位置离市区很远。乘坐公交车需要两个小时才能到达南京路。酒店的服务也确实很差。当我们找到这把刀时，两名工作人员被指派去确认这把刀是否是假日酒店的。两个工作人员说不是他们的，楼下的工作人员却说是他们的，还用来补床？如果你想在上海过得愉快，就不要去这家酒店。

Very near to NECC. Has a shuttle to NECC which was very useful for us. We had taken the Club access room, the buffet choice was good and service was also good. Will definitely visit again.

离国家会展中心很近。有去国家会展中心的班车，这对我们来说非常有用。我们住的是俱乐部通道房，自助餐的选择很好，服务也很好。肯定会再次访问。

酒店服务员的服务态度很棒，一路上也是有聊天。这里设施很全，布置很好，跟图片上是一样的。价格也比较实惠，玩的也比较开心。下次还会来这里哒！走的匆忙，居然忘记拍照了，酒店很出乎意料的好.首先服务态度很好，把车停下后保安还替我拎了箱子进去，前台服务态度也是非常好，一直送到了电梯。进去酒店环境和照片一样，干净，很有设计感。总之，很满意的一次住宿体验，

位置优越。酒店位于市中心，交通便利，周边有步行街、餐厅和娱乐场所1。设施齐全。酒店设有健身房、自助洗衣房和停车场，提供高品质的洗漱用品和床上用品23。服务优质。酒店员工态度友好，服务周到，能提供额外的贴心服务。卫生干净。酒店保持得非常干净，床品舒适，隔音效果好。性价比高。酒店价格合理，提供丰盛的早餐和多种娱乐设施3。

Great Expereince, The gym is huge with many machines and a ping-pong table. Room service is fast and efficient. Staff member Maggie made sure everything ran smoothly the entire stay.

This hotel is located about 10kms to Hongqiao Railway Center in a quite environment away from all the noises in the city. The facility is well maintained, and the room is very clean. The front desk staff are very professional and courteous. I am mostly impressed by James Pan who checked me in and made me feel very welcomed as a club member. He iss also very resourceful and informative. I will definitely stay again on my next trip over there.

酒店距虹桥火车站约10公里，环境安静，远离城市喧嚣。设施维护得很好，房间也很干净。前台工作人员非常专业而且彬彬有礼。最让我印象深刻的是詹姆斯·潘（James Pan），他帮我登记入住，让我作为俱乐部会员感到非常受欢迎。他也非常足智多谋，信息丰富。我下次去那里旅行时肯定会再次入住。
