大堂接待十分亂，上房後，電話找我説我沒付房費，我講是通過携程訂房，他們說提供的訂單號與找到的不符，也沒付錢，要我再下去大堂給他看付款紀錄，看完又講酒店沒收到款，要用我手機打上携程問原因。此外，我拿房前，本訂2張大床，由於多了一人入住，其中一間大床要換双床，加收費用換房已算，大堂接待叫我們買早餐，2房3人早餐，已額外付款，但第二天，双床的人去早餐時，説沒有額外早餐給第二位，要她再給50才可以進食。什麼鬼服務？！

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing a**osphere. Additionally, its proximity to the convention center made it a convenient choice for my trip. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Hotel staff also very helpful and friendly, last minute I have rebook my flight and hotel staff help my wife print out the itinerary. Many thanks!

整個住宿環境清潔又衞生、前台服務人員親切且態度好，大熱天一進入酒店辦理入住時接待人員主動提供冰瓶裝水。

預訂了日式榻榻米房，房間正如照片一樣，房間乾淨度還好，但煙味很重，整個房和被子也很臭煙味，還好帶了自己的被套，才能安心睡，不然一定睡不了。另外房間的景觀還不錯，去會展中心滴滴只需30元左右。商務型來說還好吧。

Clean and comfortable place to stay. Staffs are helpful though their command of English is not so good. Many shops nearby (clothes, fast food, fruits, etc.). Taxi trip to nearest Metro station is about 14-15RMB. Muslim halal restaurant is just 20meters from the hotel entrance.

It is a bad hotel to stat as the staff is not tourist friendly(especially for international travellers) You need to cop up with them using offline translators ... Very very small rooms in size Not a comfortable stay ... Won’t recommend even if someone’s not asking for a hotel to crash in this vicinity of Shanghai Hongqiao. And don’t forget to carry on your own food for dinner especially if you are a vegetarian... Hoping for a nice stay IF ... you mean what I’m trying to say. Hola !
