本人是上海本地人，因為帶香港的朋友遊玩上海所以訂的酒店。酒店非常不錯，乾淨整齊，早餐豐富，前台工作人員熱情禮貌。還有就是近地鐵站，去哪兒都方便。😊

Nice hotel. Although people don’t speak english they do there best to communicate.

comfortablethe hotel is located very centrally for my trips to see customers in the pudong area. the hotel is very clean and comfortable and i feel like its a home stay. the staff are friendly and helpful, the eateries are good and provide excellent dishes. value for money for this hotel

总体来说符合智选假日的水平吧。 位置处于青浦地铁17号线新城站上，算是方便，晚上也比较安静。 客房硬件还行，该有的都有，早餐马马虎虎，花色不多。会员可以薅一杯咖啡外带。

We picked this hotel for a staycation during our stay in Shanghai. We checked in late at night and there was a young front desk who checked us in. We got the offer of matching status of our Marriott Platinum with IHG Platinum status if we meet the stay requirement.||||However, the second try out of staying with a IHG hotel was quite a disaster. First, the hotel was so brand new that they've never had a guest checking in with an International Card. The young front desk together with their night manager was trying to figure out how to use our Credit card for the hotel deposit. They weren't able to figure it out for about 5 - 10 minutes, repeatedly swiping the card and even suggested that we borrowed money from friends to help us pay for the hotel using local currency. ||||Then after check in, the hotel sink was not draining and my husband had to fix the hotel drain as it was already late at night about 11p.m., when we get to the room. ||||In the morning, the TV was not able to be turned on, and we couldn't figure it out. Only to realize the engineering department did not plug the cable at the back of the TV.||||Room size is small and breakfast was just ok. There were lots of local tourist in the breakfast area in the morning, and it was quite loud. The mall underneath the hotel and the mall opposite the hotel is not yet open.||||Lastly, upon check out, the front desk was asking us to do a survey and if we gave them good rating of 10, then we can get extra points for our stay as a Thank you gesture from the hotel. So I guess i will not get my extra points as I give them an honest feedback..?||||Overall, a disappointing stay and not a good representation of an IHG hotel.

我们在上海逗留期间选择了这家酒店作为居家度假。我们入住的时候是深夜，有一个年轻的前台帮我们办理了入住，只要满足入住要求，我们就得到了万豪白金卡与IHG白金卡相匹配的offer。||||不过，第二次尝试住在洲际酒店集团酒店是一场灾难。首先，这家酒店太新了，从来没有客人用国际卡登记入住。年轻的前台和他们的夜班经理正在试图弄清楚如何使用我们的信用卡支付酒店押金。他们大概5-10分钟都搞不明白，反复刷卡，甚至建议我们向朋友借钱，帮我们用当地货币支付酒店费用。 ||||登记入住后，酒店的水槽没有排水，我丈夫不得不修理酒店的排水管，因为当我们到达房间时，已经是深夜了，大约晚上 11 点。 ||||早上电视打不开，我们百思不得其解。 才发现工程部门没有在电视后面插电缆。||||房间很小，早餐还可以。 早上早餐区有很多当地游客，声音比较吵。 酒店楼下的商场和酒店对面的商场还没有营业。||||最后，退房的时候，前台让我们做一个调查，如果我们给他们10分的好评，那么我们就可以得到作为酒店的感谢之举，我们的住宿得到了额外的积分。 所以我想我不会得到额外的积分，因为我给了他们诚实的反馈..？||||总的来说，这是一次令人失望的住宿，不能很好地代表洲际酒店集团酒店。

The location is great the room is comfortable。The free breakfast for the guest is delicious，staff are very friendly and warm 。Room is of a typical hotel standard with all necessary amenities，and was nice and quiet。

位置很好，房间很舒适。为客人提供的免费早餐很美味，工作人员非常友好和热情。房间是典型的酒店标准，配备了所有必要的设施，而且很好很安静。

very clean hotel, building is right above subway station (no noisy at all), very convenient, have taco bell restaurant close by (not many in shanghai), one of my favorite restaurant.

非常干净的酒店，大楼就在地铁站上面（一点也不吵），非常方便，附近有 Taco Bell 餐厅（上海不多），是我最喜欢的餐厅之一。
