上海亞世都酒店

I stayed at the Yashidu Suites Hotel for one night, when I was unexpectedly delayed at Hongqiao AIrport and was unable to fly out as planned. I knew nothing about the hotel before arriving, but the lobby presentation was quite nice, giving the impression of a 4-5 star hotel, so I took a room. I asked for the lowest-price room and was told of two options, one on the 4th floor for around 550 RMB, and one on the 7th floor for 620 RMB (both lower than the 998 RMB that was posted on the wall as the lowest price available). ALWAYS ask for hotel discounts in China! I was told that the primary difference was the noise level, because of the KTV on the third floor, so I took the 7th floor room.||||Pros:||-The room was very spacious, with a couch and chair seating area, a queen sized bed, a small desk, and a lounge-style chair to recline on by the window (I especially liked this). ||-Bathroom was also spacious, with separate tub and shower and adequate counter space. The water pressure in the shower was highly adjustable, from very light to very heavy. ||-VERY quite at night, the room seemed well soundproofed, and only mild traffic noise during the day. ||-I found the room and bathroom spotless with nothing to indicate any hygiene problems. -Front desk service was polite and spoke some adequate English. ||-Wireless internet was available and free (earlier postings indicate that there used to be a charge and that it was wired). Connection speed varies, especially when you're trying to access Western sites, but this is true practically everywhere in China. ||-There is a Starbucks two doors down, as well as a Baskin Robbins and a King Coffee.||||The cons: ||-I was especially disappointed that out of 60+ TV channels, zero were western channels. Not what I would expect from a 4-5 star hotel trying to be 'international.' Also, the TV was relatively old, no flat-screen as you often find in comparably-priced hotels these days. ||-It seemed like the hotel catered especially to Asian business travelers, based on translations in the brochure and services offered, but not to those from elsewhere. ||-There was a minibar order sheet, listing 20+ items including a variety of snacks and drinks, but no minibar to be found! Only a few things from the list were actually available, namely instant coffee and tea. ||-I could not find any sort of room service menu either, nor could I find a menu of what was available at the downstairs restaurant, just a small advert claiming that they served Western breakfast, as well as Japanese, Taiwanese, Korean, and Vietnamese food; however, I did not investigate. ||-Bed is VERY hard, I've been in many Chinese hotels and know that they are all hard compared to Western beds, but this was even harder than usual, especially for a hotel in this price range.||-Location is convenient to Hongqiao Airport but absolutely nothing else. The neighborhood isn't so great, especially not for walking as the sidewalks are broken and uneven in many places and there is lots of dirt from ongoing construction.||||Overall:||The hotel certainly isn't horrible, there are many nice things about it especially the spaciousness of the rooms. But for the price (I paid $90 USD) you can find better quality elsewhere, in the higher-end chain hotels.

我在雅士都套房酒店住了一晚，在虹桥机场意外延误，无法按计划飞出。 来之前我对这家酒店一无所知，但是大堂的介绍还不错，给人4-5星级酒店的印象，所以就订了一个房间。 我问了最低价的房间，被告知有两种选择，一种是四楼的，550元左右，一种是七楼的，620元（都低于墙上贴的最低价998元）价格可用）。 在中国一定要索要酒店折扣！ 有人告诉我，主要的区别是噪音水平，因为三楼有KTV，所以我住了七楼的房间。||||优点：||-房间很宽敞，有沙发和椅子。面积，一张大号床，一张小桌子，还有一张可以斜倚在窗边的休闲椅（我特别喜欢这个）。 ||-浴室也很宽敞，有独立的浴缸和淋浴以及足够的柜台空间。 淋浴的水压高度可调，从很小到很大。 ||-晚上非常安静，房间似乎隔音很好，白天只有轻微的交通噪音。 ||-我发现房间和浴室一尘不染，没有任何迹象表明有任何卫生问题。 - 前台服务很有礼貌，英语说得很好。 ||-无线网络是免费的（之前的帖子表明以前是收费的，而且是有线的）。 连接速度各不相同，尤其是当您尝试访问西方网站时，但在中国几乎所有地方都是如此。 ||-隔两扇门就有一家星巴克，还有一家巴斯金罗宾斯店和一家国王咖啡店。||||缺点： ||-我特别失望的是，在 60 多个电视频道中，西方频道为零。 这不是我所期望的一家试图成为“国际”的 4-5 星级酒店。 此外，电视相对较旧，没有像现在同价位酒店中常见的平面电视。 ||-根据宣传册的翻译和提供的服务，这家酒店似乎特别迎合亚洲商务旅客，但不适合来自其他地方的旅客。 ||-有一张迷你吧订单表，列出了 20 多种商品，包括各种小吃和饮料，但找不到迷你吧！ 清单上只有少数东西实际上可用，即速溶咖啡和茶。 ||-我也找不到任何客房服务菜单，也找不到楼下餐厅提供的菜单，只是一个小广告声称他们提供西式早餐，还有日式、台湾式、韩式，和越南食品；不过，我没有调查。 ||-床很硬，我住过很多中国酒店，知道它们都比西方的床硬，但这比平常更硬，特别是对于这个价格范围的酒店。||-位置去虹桥机场很方便，但其他就没什么了。 这个街区不是很好，尤其不适合步行，因为很多地方的人行道都破烂不堪，而且有很多正在进行的施工带来的污垢。||||总体而言：||这家酒店当然不可怕，有它有很多优点，尤其是房间的宽敞。 但就价格而言（我付了 90 美元），你可以在其他地方找到更好的质量，在高端连锁酒店。

This was quite a luxurious hotel but compared to the prices you would expect to pay in the UK quite cheap.|The room was booked for me but I would assume it was a business class room as it had a bed and separate lounge area and was finished to a high standard. The bathroom had both a shower and bath.|The breakfast was very good with a good selection of food. Mainly Chinese but with a few Western options.|It is located on quite a busy crossroads which some people may find noisy. There are a few restaurant choices quite close by.|The staff were very friendly and helpful and the ones I spoke to had good enough English to be able to understand what they were saying. |I would definitely stay here again.

I am visiting SH on a weekly basis, for business purpose. Always trying local hotels, so I know more or less what to expect. Yashidu is definitely under the average of Shanghai local hotel in terms of clean and maintenance. The room are huge, bed is extra-king size, but carpet is very dirty, and general condition of washroom and room are very old. Staff is kind anyway. Breakfast again below Chinese standard. Price is low, but can find better location for this budget. Pity because if renewed can be a good location.

我出于商务目的每周都会访问上海。总是尝试当地的酒店，所以我或多或少知道会发生什么。雅士都在清洁和维护方面绝对低于上海当地酒店的平均水平。房间很大，床是特大号的，但是地毯很脏，洗手间和房间的总体条件很旧。无论如何，工作人员都很友善。早餐又低于中国标准。价格较低，但可以在这个预算内找到更好的位置。遗憾的是，如果续订的话，位置可能会很好。

Yashidu Suites Hotel is located in Shanghai about twenty five (25) renminbi by taxi from Hongqiao Airport and also Hongqiao CRH Station. I had booked online with my decision made from reviews submitted by earlier guests. This turned out to be a big mistake. I stayed overnight on 18Feb2014. On arrival, I immediately put off by foyer and adjacent reception desk appearing almost dirty, uninviting and in need of renewal. Front Office staff were nice, reasonably efficient and were English proficient. Hallways seemed to be dingy and unpleasant. My suite was clean but old and fairly worn out. When I moved the big heavy lounge closer to computer I discovered that underneath had evidently not been cleaned for some time. Whole place appeared shabby and overall needs a good freshen up. Still I was pleased to find a number of good restaurants across the road and also on opposite corner to choose from. Pretty much unhappy with my stay; so I skipped the complimentary breakfast and went two (2) doors down for a Starbucks breakfast.

雅士都套房酒店位于上海，从虹桥机场和虹桥高铁站乘坐出租车约二十五 (25) 人民币。我是根据之前客人提交的评论做出的决定，在网上预订的。事实证明这是一个很大的错误。我于 2014 年 2 月 18 日在这里过夜。到达后，我立即被门厅和相邻的接待台吓到了，它们看起来几乎很脏，不吸引人，需要更新。前台工作人员很好，相当高效，并且英语流利。走廊看起来又脏又不舒服。我的套房很干净，但是很旧而且相当破旧。当我把又大又重的休息室移到离电脑更近的地方时，我发现下面显然已经有一段时间没有清理过了。整个地方看起来很破旧，总体需要好好翻新一下。尽管如此，我还是很高兴在马路对面和对面的拐角处找到了许多不错的餐馆可供选择。对我的住宿非常不满意；所以我没有吃免费早餐，而是去两（2）家门口吃星巴克早餐。

This hotel is close to the expat/ pearl market area but not close to the city or any subway stations. The room that I had for three nights was very similar to many others that I have had in China- except for the added bordello features- like free condoms in the soap tray, phone calls in the middle of the night, women talking in the corridor in the middle of the night and moans from the next room. It took room service two visits to tell me that the fish wasn't available. It was booked for me and I doubt that I will be rushing back. There are many other much better located and better value hotels in Shanghai.

这家酒店靠近外国人/珍珠市场区，但不靠近城市或任何地铁站。我住了三个晚上的房间与我在中国住过的许多其他房间非常相似，除了增加的妓院特色之外，比如肥皂盘里有免费的避孕套、半夜打电话、女人在走廊里说话。半夜，隔壁房间传来呻吟声。 客房服务人员两次拜访才告诉我没有鱼。这是为我预订的，我怀疑我是否会赶回来。 上海还有许多其他位置更好、价值更高的酒店。

My colleagues and I stayed at the Yashidu Suites Hotel for the duration of a convention this Mid-November.||The hotel is fairly new with trainees working at the front desk. Upon check in, I was told that there is no available room with a window! As I had no choice, I took the room. ||Room size is very big, with new furniture and fixtures. I find the bed mattress is very hard and gave me back problems the following day. While they offer internet service in the room, I find their rate a bit ridiculous 1 RMB with a minimum charge of 10 RMB. But! The internet connection is too slow to be warranted high speed DSL. However that is the least of my main problem.||I find training in hygiene seems to be lacking with their staff. I found a couple of plates with some grime that wasn’t cleaned properly. A couple of forks were also replaced as it was also dirty. The clincher is that I saw the buffet chef checking the temperature of the scrambled eggs with his bare hands. That’s when I realized that the chef who is making your scrambled egg or omelets is not wearing any gloves at all! That really ruined my appetite. ||Also, as they are just starting up their KTV, I could hear the music at night 3 floors up! (KTV is supposed to be at the 3rd floor, while my room is at the 6th floor.) ||As I said, the rooms are very nice, but with their track record of hygiene, I wouldn’t be surprised if the room quality goes down in a couple of years. ||If you are in Shanghai to attend a convention or conference in either Pudong or Puxi area, I would recommend that you avoid this hotel. Traveling to and from the hotel to downtown took us an average from an hour to hour and a half travel time (one way). Unfortunately, my bookings was done by my travel agent so I didnt have a clue about the hotel until I got there.|

No updating, stained carpets in places, peeling wallpaper in places. It's OK, but....used to be nice before. I stay here because it is around the corner from office I visit. It does have a Starbucks in the same building for caffeine! Close to Hongqiao Airport, about 1 hour by cab from Pudong Airport. They do have conference/meeting rooms available. Formerly an A- hotel. Now a C or C+.||Wifi is available, but spotty service, and often had to sit by room door with laptop for better signal!

没有更新，有些地方的地毯有污渍，有些地方的壁纸剥落。没关系，但是……以前也很好。我住在这里是因为它就在我访问的办公室的拐角处。同一栋楼里确实有一家星巴克，可以喝咖啡！靠近虹桥机场，距浦东机场约1小时车程。他们确实有会议室。以前是一家 A 级酒店。现在是 C 或 C+。||Wifi 可用，但服务不稳定，经常不得不带着笔记本电脑坐在房间门口才能获得更好的信号！

亚世都酒店是准四星级的，档次和地理位置在虹桥区域都算是不错的，大堂很小但房间蛮大也蛮干净的床品也整洁利落，前台服务员的笑容虽然很职业但是给人感觉还是很舒服，有浴缸但不大点，装修风格旧了点但是舒适度还行，酒店的配套不错有健身房免费开放，四百多的价钱感觉贵了一点。
