Radisson Hotel, Beijing Daxing Airport

Looking at previous reviews it sounds like this hotel opened before it was quite ready but it has definitely caught up. ||There was one male member of staff in particular who spoke excellent English and couldn’t do enough to help us. ||The aircon in the public areas is at a very comfortable temperature and very cool.|The aircon in my room was individually controllable and soon cooled the room down, although the rooms are a bit stuffy (but it is 36 degrees outside and 92% humidity so probably unavoidable.)||The shuttle bus was easy to book, left on the dot and took all of five minutes to get to the airport (and was free of charge.)||I would come again for sure.

Radisson’s Aircon is very hot. They control the temperature centrally and during late night, they seem to switch it off. My friend and I could not sleep because it was so hot. It felt like 28-30 degrees Celsius. I can’t believe the hotel would not provide 24hr Aircon during summer (Jun24). The staff do not speak English, so Foreigners need a translator app. The staff are also not friendly. The free shuttle pick-up service requires you to call them. So you need roaming in order to get there. It’s not possible to walk there. I hate this hotel because the of the poor aircon which caused me to lose sleep the day before my flight. I don’t want to come back to Beijing because of this hotel

Disgusting service. No one speaks English at the reception. We were put in a room with a non-working air conditioner - the temperature in the room was + 29 degrees Celsius. The hotel staff was perplexed - what don't we like? Then they moved to another room - it was +30. Only in the third room the air conditioner was working properly! In the morning, we were not allowed to have breakfast - although breakfast was included in our reservation and we paid for it. In the end, we proved our case, but it cost us so many nerves. I don't recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is ok but the staff…|After I left the hotel, they send me SMS that they forgot to charge me 306 YUAN. I’ve replied them that I am ok to pay, please explain how to proceed. Instead of that they called me 10 (ten!) times 5 o’clock in the morning. I’ve asked the man if he heard about time zones? The answer was that he believe I am in China. I think this is a bit stupid for the hotel near the airport, same as to call 10 times every 2 minutes. I have VIP card of Radisson, spend lot of time in the hotels, but never faced such approach.|So never ever.

The hotel is not ready yet and has soft launched without formally opening. Albeit it doesn’t tell visitors until you arrive. ||Be aware a lot of things are not working and not ready yet.||The lobby bar is not ready so has no drinks, they even struggled to make a coffee. The two restaurants are not yet open. There is a space where breakfast is served that you can go and grab some Chinese food at night, they don’t even have a menu yet. ||The rooms are clean and tidy and fresh, but again still not finished. The fridge didn’t work, the room smelled of fish. Further the showers temperature fluctuates a lot. Also the top shower doesn’t give any flow. ||All in all not a good experience.

酒店尚未准备就绪，已试营业，尚未正式开业。尽管在您到达之前它不会告诉访客。 ||要注意很多事情还没有工作，还没有准备好。||大堂酒吧还没有准备好，所以没有饮料，他们甚至很难煮咖啡。这两家餐厅还没有营业。有一个供应早餐的地方，晚上可以去吃点中餐，他们甚至还没有菜单。 ||房间干净整洁、清新，但仍然没有完工。冰箱坏了，房间里有鱼腥味。此外，淋浴温度波动很大。顶部淋浴也没有任何水流。 ||总而言之不是一次好的经历。

国内的酒店服务真的不敢恭维，外包员工，没有经过任何培训就直接上岗，感觉和如家等快捷酒店的是一样水平，携程高级会员下午两点钟退房，但是11点的时候就开始敲门提醒要退房了，然后又是一通电话，全方位叫醒你，丝毫不给你晚退房的机会，他们应该觉得住这个酒店的客人都是无赖和蠢货，这样步步紧逼的服务真的少一家算一家，机场内的酒店已经很多了，没必要硬凑出来一家。非常不推荐，除非你是想自己找麻烦和添堵，隔壁的希尔顿Fairfield非常推荐。

A perfect overnight transit stay here to catch my flight the next day. Free pick and drop off from Daxing Airport by the hotel shuttle bus. The hotel is just a short drive away and is even walkable from the airport if you are not carrying heavy luggage.It’s a newly built hotel and the facilities are top notch. Buffet breakfast had a good selection of Western and Chinese offerings. Many thanks to the friendly staff members who made my stay very memorable and I look forward to returning here on a future trip.

在这里度过一个完美的过夜过境，以便第二天赶飞机。乘坐酒店班车免费从大兴机场接送。酒店距离机场只有很短的车程，如果您没有携带沉重的行李，甚至可以步行到达机场。这是一家新建的酒店，设施是一流的。自助早餐有多种西餐和中餐可供选择。非常感谢友好的工作人员，他们让我的住宿变得非常难忘，我期待着在未来的旅行中回到这里。

A very delightful stay in this hotelThis is our second time book and stay in Radisson hotel Beijing. Very professional helpful and hospitality service. Our hotel room has got promoted. Very new hotel facilities, quiet room, you can’t hear any noise from the airport, cosy bed and delicious various breakfast. After we checked out, Bruce has arranged car for us and sent us to the airport. Good recommendation and good choice to stay here. We would like to stay here again.

在这家酒店度过了非常愉快的时光这是我们第二次预订并入住北京丽筠酒店。非常专业、乐于助人和热情好客的服务。我们酒店的房间升级了。酒店设施很新，房间安静，听不到机场的噪音，床很舒适，早餐品种丰富可口。我们退房后，Bruce 为我们安排了汽车并送我们去机场。很好的推荐，也是住在这里的好选择。我们想再次留在这里。
