汉庭酒店

I wasn't expecting too much from this hotel as I only stayed one night for early train next morning. But surprisingly, the bed was so comfy and the bed linens were very good quality. I had a very good sleep.But keep this in mind, it is impossible to get a taxi from this hotel to the nearby train station (Beijing Chaoyang) as it is too close(1.5km walk), I had to drag my luggages to the train station.

我对这家酒店并没有抱太大期望，因为我只为了第二天早上的早班火车而住了一晚。但令人惊讶的是，床非常舒适，床单质量非常好。我睡得很好。但是请记住这一点，从这家酒店打到附近的火车站（北京朝阳）是不可能的，因为它太近了（步行1.5公里），我不得不拖着行李去火车站。

Our stay at the hotel was a unique experience. The room was exactly what we asked, having two beds. The personnel of the hotel were all very kind and helpful. They helped us with the taxis we wanted to call and provide us with all the appropriate information. The rooms were always very clean, and the bottle waters were constantly renewed! We were very satisfied!

地點離朝陽火車站近，早餐精巧好吃，房間整潔熱水水力很夠超級舒服。前台服務人員超級親切，有任何問題都非常有耐心的幫助我們解決，最後一天要離開要趕火車，因為我們行李多，一直訂不到大型車輛，前台也很有耐心的協助我們順利訂到車，推薦大家來北京住這邊！

nice hotel. close to good resturant(see picture, the food not in resturant but from resturant nearby). despite not close to subway, but I like this area.

不错的酒店。靠近不错的餐厅（见图，食物不在餐厅，而是在附近的餐厅）。虽然离地铁不近，但是我很喜欢这个区域。

窗戶关不上，整个晚上得开暖气来睡，其他都挺好 。买了早餐吃，汉庭早餐是必須吃的 便宜实惠。打车去火车站五分钟，走路是有点远

Front desk services are excellent. Room cleaning is excellent. The rooms are not smelly like other hotels, and the option of no inside room carpets is perfect. Keep up. Hope to visit and recommend you to my friends. Great. Room food delivery with the robot is excellent. Customer was satisfied.

We stay at hanting many time we vusited china Overall ok and we like to stay in this hotel chain, but all the front desk staff couldn't speak english, so we had a hard time communicating.We had a bad experience when we stayed , one of the front desk (ms.lie fang fang) very harshly talked to my daughter while my daughter asked her how to take our package. When I reprimanded her, her say sorry and tried to give us a complimentary breakfast voucher and some coffee....we rejected it...because we don't need complimentary things like that we need her Hospitality like other Hanting hotel front desks we meet. The others very helpful.

我们在中国住过很多次了，总体来说还可以，我们喜欢住在这个连锁酒店，但是所有前台工作人员都不会说英语，所以我们沟通起来很困难。我们入住的时候经历了一次糟糕的经历，一位前台（列芳芳女士）非常严厉地对我女儿说话，而我女儿则问她如何拿我们的包裹。 当我斥责她时，她说抱歉，并试图给我们免费的早餐券和一些咖啡......我们拒绝了......因为我们不需要这样的免费东西，我们需要她像其他汉庭酒店前台一样的热情好客我们见面了。其他人非常有帮助。

A small cozy and very clean room! Location is great, near Chaoyang Station , The service also great! Everyone was very nice and helpful and the check in procedure didn’t take long! Worth the price!

一个小而舒适且非常干净的房间！位置很好，靠近朝阳站，服务也很棒！每个人都非常友善和乐于助人，办理入住手续并不需要很长时间！值回票价！
